THE MOST FUN BEACH Located right ON Isla Verde , around 8 to 10 minutes from SJU airport, our studio has access to the gym, beach and much more. The studio is located on the 4th floor with a partial view of the ocean. Throughout the neighborhood, everything is walking distance: the supermarket, restaurants and clubs. To get to the apartment you can get either take a taxi ($12) or by renting a car. There is so much to see outside . Parking is included in the building for free.

Excellent apartment in a spectacular area of Isla Verde Beach, located on the beach with direct access to it. The apartment has one bedroom suite with King Size bed, second bedroom with two Queen Size beds. There are two full bathroom. Toilette of reception. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, oven, microwave, etc. It has a breakfast bar. Super comfortable and spacious modern living room. Incredible view of the SEA, balcony with table and chairs.
