Margarita’s place is exactly what we are looking for in old San Juan - location, great sunlight, and a historical cultural vibe. The place is very spacious with great furniture layout. The bed is extremely comfy. One of the most comfortable bed I ever slept on. Huge California King with 100% cotton sheets. I loved our stay, including the loud music downstairs. Isn’t that we are looking for in part of the experience of the old town? The roof table is amazing. It provides so much sunlight and ventilation to the space, so the space feels very open. I also like Margarita’s furniture choices and placement as an interior designer. All the furniture feels really well placed and adds great accent to the place. Last, if you care a lot about water pressure in the shower, maybe a lot of San Juan apartment is not a good choices for you. The shower is very underwhelming but that seems like a universal problem in San Juan.

Great stay in a really good location. Cesar offered lots of local recommendations and the apartment was perfect for what we were looking for.

After being stranded and having no place to go on our first day at Puerto Rico, Luis came to our rescue with his beautiful airbnb. We were right in the center of everything, food, Walgreens, the beach, and gas stations. I feel like we got the best view of all, with a very comfortable and welcoming balcony.

I was extremely happy with this place. The Host were so good to us and helped us literally get to their place by. being a human GPS for us since my phone was not working properly. They gave us many recommendations and we loved every minute here. I can not wait to come back again! They made me feel at home and like family!

Great stay! Place was just what we needed as a traveling couple of 2 looking for a resting/landing place between our adventures on the island. It was clean and Rebeca was responsive and communicative. It may appear small, but it truly had everything one would need in its space, comfortable bed, working AC, a TV, warm shower and a small little kitchen area if one wanted to eat "in". The place was super functional and at a great value! Would stay here again!

A very comfortable well-appointed apartment within easy walking distance to beaches, restaurants, a large supermarket, and public transportation to take you to old San Juan and farther away beaches. Evelyn lives in another part of the building and is available to her guests at all time. I very much enjoyed to come home to the air-conditioned apartment to rest after long days of exploring San Juan and nearby beaches.

Jay was absolutely awesome! We dealt with flight delays, and Jay was extremely accommodating. He allowed us to check in well-past the original time, and even had umbrellas ready for us to use when we arrived. The AirBnB itself was really clean, had really good air conditioning, and was a very short walk/drive to beaches, restaurants, and gas stations/convenience stores. The place was well worth the money spent, and contributed significantly to how pleasant our vacation was.

I loved this place, and I wish I would’ve booked it for my entire trip as I regretted checking out and I would’ve checked back in but they were booked for the rest of the week. It’s very clean. It’s very comfortable. It very quiet with the exception of the wildlife that’s so noisy (the coqui frogs at night, which are pretty cool, but it takes getting used to the sounds). Her location is close to the forest and that’s about the only thing I know of to do in the neighborhood. The only thing that disappointed me was that the Jacuzzi wasn’t heated up, so I didn’t use it and I think they sprayed air freshener on the pillows, which is understandable with the humidity in Puerto Rico, but I have a very bad fragrance sensitivity. The yard is very pretty. I love her garden and plants. I’m a woman traveling alone and I often get nervous in new places and I loved her unit! Plus Coco, her little dog, became my best friend in less than 24 hours. I adore that little dog. She brightened my days!

Great location and close distance to restaurants. Perfect for big families.

Neighbourhood looked local. The apartment was small but there were only two of us so it was fine. Seems OK for 3 people. It's just as the pic with comfortable furniture and kitchen amenities. The shower cubicle is small but ok. I was mostly there at night to sleep and it was great as a crash pad. another noisy at all. Nothing really in walkable distance so rent a car or be prepared to pay for uber. I don't mind staying again. Host is very responsive.

Great host from beginning to end. Made sure we arrived ok (we missed our first flight) stayed on the phone until we reached the house even though it was late. Very fast response. The home was beautiful. My kids loved the pool. It was perfect for our little family get away. I will definitely be returning

I had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The space was cozy yet spacious enough for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. They provided great recommendations and ensured I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place!

This was our second time staying at Armando’s place. Extremely satisfied and will definitely consider it next time we’re visiting Puerto Rico again. Accessible to everything you could want/need with all the amenities readily available. Very responsive and accommodating if you need any help or changes. Would 100% recommend staying at Armando’s property.

Our stay in San Juan was nothing short of exceptional! The space was perfect—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, & thoughtfully designed with plenty of space to enjoy together or retreat for solo time. The massive outdoor terrace is a beautiful sanctuary. The location is the perfect balance—close to beaches & all the action, yet tucked away enough for an authentic Puerto Rican experience. It felt incredibly safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our trip. As a mom, traveling solo with 3 kids, this was especially important to me. But what truly sets this stay apart was the host. Tommy’s hospitality is second to none—warm, proactive, & genuinely invested in making sure we were having a great time. From helpful recommendations to thoughtful check-ins, he went above & beyond. If we needed anything, I knew he was just a quick message away. I highly recommend Casita Coqui to anyone looking for a memorable & comfortable stay! We can’t wait to return to our newfound paradise! 🏝️

Diana, who is a phenomenal host, has gone above and beyond to create a space that will make you feel welcomed and relaxed from the moment you walk in! We travel to Puerto Rico often and have stayed in many Airbnbs in Isla Verde, but none comes close to the Cozy Cabin. The apartment is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, and Diana has added thoughtful details throughout. The patio is a great place to relax after spending a day on the gorgeous Isla Verde Beach, which is just steps away from the front door. There are many great places to eat in the area and Condado and Viejo San Juan are just a quick Uber ride away. We had one of our best vacations ever- and it was in large part due to how happy we were staying at the Cozy Cabin! It was truly magical and we plan to definitely return!

Franchesca’s place was a great stay! Everyone in the complex was very friendly and great to talk to. Franchesca was very responsive and answered all of our questions, as extra as they may have been. If you’re looking for a place that’s a hallway and sand away from the private beach, this place is for you.

Beautiful apartment for our weekend stay! And also in a familiar area for us which was a PLUS! Air conditioning was perfect temperature on the walk in & through out our stay. We will love to book again & definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay close to the airport. The pool was perfect temperature & great walking distance to the beach! Definitely enjoyed our stay at Alejandro’s place. Very clean and organized, easy to locate, loved that it felt safe with the 24hr security. Felt right at home. The pool was great as well as the short walk to the beautiful beach in the back, no issues or complaints to give, simply enjoyed the whole stay, the cleanliness and Alejandro was great willing to help and even give advice for places to visit and things to do in the area…will recommend to others.

Ray’s place is very cozy and had all amenities that were needed. Located in a nice area that is walkable to a lot of restaurants and shops. Beach is down the block, which is a plus. Ray was fast with communication and quick to answer any questions I had. I would recommend Ray’s place.
