The 60 sqm garden apartment for 2-4 people is located between Munich and Freising. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen, dining and living area with a box spring sofa bed. In the basement the bedroom with 2 windows and a 1.80 m wide bed. The bus to the S-Bahn and Erding stops in front of the house. There is a Rewe market opposite. There is a terrace with an awning and a secluded, completely fenced garden. Pets are welcome and a private garage and parking spaces are available!

Unterföhring is very close to the city of Munich (20 minutes by S-Bahn to Marienplatz) and the airport (17 minutes by S-Bahn). With two lakes and lots of nature, Unterföhring also offers many opportunities for a break. A kitchen is not provided.

A seating area is available in front of the entrance area.
