There were two of us at Laura's place and we were very satisfied. From the balcony in the kitchen we could see the sea and the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is perfect as a base for a holiday in Elba, as the harbor for the ferries and the old town with its many restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance. I can recommend Laura's place with a clear conscience.

everything was perfect, we were here 4 years ago, and we were in love with the place. this time we were in this apartment, what the only flaw has the fixtures with the soundproofing to improve... but we stay in love with the villa and pomonte ! thank you Federico and your kindness

We spent a wonderful week on vacation with Roberto and Lisa. The place is exceptional, we felt at home. The apartment overlooks a large terrace and the garden with a sea view, there is everything you need, all in impeccable condition. The beaches of Sorgente and Sansone are just a few minutes' walk away, Portoferraio is ten minutes by car, and the central location offers an ideal starting point for exploring the whole island of Elba. Roberto and Lisa greeted us personally and immediately made us feel welcome. They have always been available and very kind. We already want to go back!!!

Great experience. The house is small but really has everything you need. Annalisa is always available and extremely kind. The location is also fantastic.

Mafalda could not have been more helpful. We had everything we needed in a small compact area. The terrace overlooking the sea was wonderful to eat our meals on, the rocky cove and the gemlike water a permanent draw in such warm weather! Our thoughtful host collected us with our baggage from the top of the hill at the bus stop on our first day, perfect after a long journey. We were so grateful for that support. We very much hope to return, perhaps when the weather is a little cooler so we can explore more.

Emmanuela and her family welcomed us warmly and were absolutely accommodating. The apartment offers a pleasant privacy with an idyllic garden and only a few meters to the beach with a bar. We had a heavenly week and can highly recommend the accommodation! Grazie mille per tutto!

We stayed at Casa Vaporina in early July. Casa Vaporina is equipped with all amenities, clean, tidy and fully reflects what is indicated in the listing. Excellent location right in the center of city life. The parking is not close to the house but easily reachable in a few minutes; however, it is possible to load/unload a few meters from the house. Francesco is an attentive and always available host. Recommended experience.

It was a perfect stay, I found the wrong location at first, the homestay owner and couple picked us up by car, and the room was also thoughtfully prepared for each recommended restaurant contact number.The boss was very attentive to tell us the specific location of the beach nearby, which was reachable within ten minutes by foot.The nearby super walk is about 15 minutes and a larger supermarket is recommended to go by car in about five minutes as the walk takes more than 20 minutes.

It would be an understatement to say that our staying was beautiful. Although we arrived on a rainy evening, Fiamma was there awaiting us and made us feel right at home from the very beginning. The warmth of the house restored us from the long trip and we couldn't ask for more. In the following days, to wake up to such a splendid view outside our windows was simply superb. Also, Fiamma is a fantastic host, always ready to help and chat in front of a cup of coffee. In the end, we could not have asked for a better place to stay on the island for our week of relax. It was so perfect in all aspects of what I consider to be the best, the most beautiful vacation time inside the home and with the beautiful outside surroundings that I plan to come back. The quiet location with a stunning Sea-and-Mountain-Views from every room in this spacious, tastefully furnished apartment was extraordinary. Donatella communicated very promptly to any thing in writing and her daughter-in law and her son responded by delivering whatever needed to be done. I am also extremely grateful that I was picked up and taken back to the ferry. I have fallen in love with Portoferraio and “my vacation home”, especially the quiet, calming views, the best snorkeling beach in less than a 10 minute walk, my favorite Gelato place, and the amazing walk along the medieval wall up to the historic old town with sites and great restaurants. I did not rent a car, but I would next time because there are other diverse nature places worth exploring. Gracie mille!!! Until I will see you again!

I spent 14 days there and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and responded quickly and supportively to questions. They were the best hosts I've had so far and I'd love to come back. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine. I also really appreciated that there were enough dishes and pans to cook something for myself. The small apartment with a covered seating area and small front garden is located on a quiet neighborhood street. The sea can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. The path leads through the campsite along olive groves and vineyards. Nearby is a small shop where you can get everything you need and I also found some very good restaurants. At the beginning, the hosts gave me good tips about restaurants, hiking trails and excursion options. I had two wonderful weeks there.

The apartment is wonderful, surrounded by the sea on all sides with indescribable tranquility and peace. It is located in the center and it is very convenient to walk to the sea or activities and restaurants. In addition, Giuseppe was very kind and available to help us at every stage of the stay, from check-in to check-out. A wonderful person! I recommend anyone to stay here as much as possible, it's really worth it!

We were very happy to enjoy a lovely holiday, every morning taking a bus to go hiking on beautiful Elba!

This host went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable. We arrived a bit late and he was so concerned that we got a meal that he went with us to ensure we could be . He was very hospitable and truly a good person.

Very nice and well-kept apartment. Lorenzo was very kind both in welcoming us and in giving directions and information, including about our dog. We had a great time at his house, near the pebble beach. Nearby all the necessary amenities.

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with great attention to detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness. Chris, we would love to come back to your oasis and can hardly imagine Elba without you. Love B+S

The place is fantastic! We liked it a lot! There are three lovely bedrooms, and the dining room is beautiful! We just had a problem with the Wi-Fi. Andrea was willing to help, but we didn't have time to fix it because we were coming for work.

Thank you for the wonderful time on Elba. The resort with pool and tennis court is very nice, very well maintained and clean - with a great view of the sea. We enjoyed the tranquility - and the proximity to the beautiful city of Capoliveri, very quick to reach by car, but also on foot if you want to do a small "hike". Thank you to Ricardo and his colleague - for the kindness and helpfulness at the reception. We will be happy to come back.

We were there with 2 infants (5.1). There was a pool which was very clean. An excellent kitchen! The staff were always very friendly and helpful. It was very familiar. The location is great. We were very comfortable and would leave again.

The stay was extremely positive. The area is very wild, but the part attached to the apartment is fenced and very well cared for. The sunbathing lawn with the pool with a jacuzzi is definitely the highlight of this apartment. Very clean apartment, with the essentials for short stays. Great welcome, we always confronted Serena who was always kind and ready to respond. Too bad our stay was so short! We'll be back!
