Issoire is very well located if you want to visit the region (30 min from the ski resort and at the gates of the volcanoes...) House is in the city center, close to all shops. You will find in the house everything what you need for everyday life. On the 1st floor - an equipped kitchen opened to living room, toilet. On the 2nd floor - 2 bedrooms (1 queen size bed, 2 single beds) and bathroom. On the ground floor entrance, garage for small car and washing machine. You can park in the alley .

Around the apartment, 2 free parking lots to park your car safely. 30 min from Clermont-Ferrand and 30 min from Brioude by highway (exit 5 min), 30 min from Super Besse. You will appreciate the cabin for its location: the breathtaking view of "Little Auvergne Tuscany" and the Chaîne des Puys on the horizon (it dominates), the forest atmosphere, access to the paths, the feeling of being in a nest. The cabin is perfect for couples, but also suitable for families (with kids) and four-legged friends are accepted (but beware, the land is not enclosed). Ideal for mountain bikers, trailers...
