This is a story from a few years ago. I rented a vacation home with four families of friends in Kailua, Hawaii. I wondered if I could recreate the most enjoyable vacation rental near Tokyo?! And so, after searching the land along the coast of Chiba, we finally arrived here, in Hinata, Isumi City. We created "Hiali Plus" with a focus on a comfortable space and a pleasant environment for group stays. The Hiiro Coast, a 5-minute walk away, is a pristine beach in Minamiboso Quasi-National Park. There are few people whenever you go, and it is just like a hideaway. The water temperature is high until around October, so you can enjoy playing in the sea. Relax and enjoy yourself in this unique and quiet place to stay. We renovated a cute pink Totan house built 50 years ago. The exterior is as untouched as possible, with a worn-out feel, and the Ghibli feel will grow over time with green accents. The interior of the first floor is finished with the mud walls of the Higashinami rice fields. The furniture and lighting are antique decorations, and the kitchen and bar counter are handmade, so you can imagine various scenes. Rivera Konami Private House with Private Beach, Wood Stove, BBQ, and Star Gazing

A fully renovated private house on the small wave moon coast of Onjuku, with a sandy beach right in front of you, comparable to a private beach. You can have a BBQ on the sandy beach, and the BBQ space has a roof so you can have it even when it rains. It's a great place to relax under a tent while listening to the waves, and the whole family can enjoy themselves freely. Please come. Pets are limited to dogs up to 60 cm in length. It will be 2,000 yen per dog. Please let us know when you book if you are bringing a dog. (We have dog shampoo and sheets) Please do not let dogs into the Japanese-style room. The Konami Beach is right in front of you, so please remove any sand before entering the room. You can use the wood-burning fireplace from November to February of the following year.
