Hilltop Views From a Historic Tuscan Home

JaninaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

Bright apartment with large private courtyard

RachelRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We really enjoyed staying in Fabio E Linda's place. They were very kind and helpful with good local info and tips. They met us from the vaporetto stop and accompanied us to the house, which was much appreciated. The house was nice and had a very large private courtyard / garden which was a great bonus. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful, even though it is only 15 mins walk to St Mark's Square. We walked or took the vaporetto everywhere and it was all very easy. Had a great time.

Historic house with garden in medieval village

EniRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Casa francese became our home for a soft Italian week. We went with little expectation and no research on montegrazie or imperia and found ourself in a very welcoming corner of Italy filled with sun and love. The appartment was comfortable and felt homey very soon. It is artistic, minimal, spacey and beautiful. We had an amazing view to the church in the front hill from our room that I will never forget.

After we arrived and were settled we were thrilled at the amazing views of the rolling hills. The landscape was breathtaking and the location was quite remote and peaceful. David was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay! We would definitely come again!

Best part of our Italy trip! We loved our stay at Casa Marinella, and Monica has thought of every detail to make for a wonderful and peaceful vacation! Relax by the pool and enjoy breathtaking views. Be sure to stop by Gelateria di Castellina for a scoop of cremino gelato and try the fiorentina steak at Osteria La Sosta di Pio VII.

Sandra's house is an amazing place, located in a tiny village, on the hills, refined in the smallest detail. The house is comfortable, wonderfully located (those views!). Sanda is a great host, she took care of us from the beginning (thank you for the escort to the house and help with carrying the luggage :)) we highly recommend staying with Sandra - it is a great pleasure to live in such a unique and beautiful house. Thank You!

Antonia's House in Villa Lionti

GregRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Very beautiful house, a little oasis in a suburb of Catania. We felt very safe and the property was quiet with lots of wildlife. The only criticism I have is there was wine for sale at the house but no welcome pack, which you would usually receive at an air bnb stay of this nature (we stayed 8 nights). Aside from this the stay was perfect!

Romantic Attic Apartment Overlooking a Gothic Church

SarahRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Arrigo’s home was in a good location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle (which we did) It was in a quiet, peaceful and clean location. Arrigo is a great host, when we arrived early he met us at the water bus stop helped us with my suitcase and walked us to his home sharing with us his love for Venice. He kept our suitcases while we walked around and explored until check in time. Once check in time came we walked back, he met us outside and walked us in. He showed us around the apartment and how to work everything. He then pulled out a huge map and marked down anything and everything from restaurants, grocery stores to must see places as well as bus lines to and from different islands. He also made a little handbook for reference of everything he went over with us it was amazing, he’s so organized and we actually referred to his handbook a few times for restaurants. He also left us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco from Vino Vero a must try very close to Airbnb.

Large apartment just a short walk from St. Mark's Square

AmyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Loved our stay at Paola's apartment! It was clean, beautiful, and plenty spacious for our family of 5 to spread out and relax. We all thought the beds were especially comfortable! The location is amazing - St. Mark's Square is just a few minutes by foot, and there is a water taxi spot right outside the apartment. Paola is a wonderful host. She was very helpful in booking us our water taxi upon arrival and departure, which we really appreciated. She took the time to show us around the apartment and explain everything, and also had an extensive list of recommended restaurants, shopping, and activities which we found really helpful. Coming back to this spacious and comfortable apartment after hours of walking and sightseeing was a real treat. We would absolutely stay here again if and when we're lucky enough to be back in beautiful Venice. Grazie mille, Paola!

The Priest Hideaway

NinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My husband and I loved Alojsia’s place! Check in was so cool with the link to open the building door and apartment door! Them steps thoughhhh, Whew! They weren’t bad but after a long day of walking it was the last thing I wanted to do hahah. However that did not put a damper on things for us! We would absolutely stay here again, no questions asked! We loved the rooftop and I spent quite a bit of time out there, especially sunrise and sunset! Alojsia had the fridges stocked with water and a bottle of wine on the front table, it was so nice!!! Grateful for the TV and the apps, our first air bnb did not have it at all! There were great restaurants within close walking distance! We loved Trastevere, especially during the weekend at night! So lively and lots of music and take away Spritz’s! Would 100% recommend her place!!! It was a perfect place to stay for a portion of our Honeymoon!

Great Lake View Artist's Apartment

MichelleRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
After a long day of traveling Judith met us at the apartment. She was absolutely one of the most welcoming hosts I have ever met. She gave us the full tour of the apartment and showed us how to use everything. She had a beautiful plate of strawberries and cookies waiting for us. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well appointed for anything you could possibly want or need. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in while away from home. Judith had 4 different ways to make coffee including a little espresso machine. She made us dinner reservations and sent recommendations on where to go and what to see. We all loved her! The sunsets from the balcony were stunning. The little town of Ispra was so lovely to walk around and peacefully after days spent exploring crowded areas. Ispra feels like “real” Italy.

Roberto is a consummate host! He was so helpful, kind, and proactive. He met us at the water bus stop and carried my bags all the way. He even alerted us to an upcoming train strike in case it would impact our travel plans the next day. His place is cozy and peaceful - a perfect little respite tucked down a side street. It had a great local feeling to it, away from the hustle and bustle of Venice, but still very proximate to the action. Thank you, Roberto, for a lovely stay!

Villa Torre del Giglio – Sorrento/Massa Lubrense

BethRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Our days at Villa Torre de Giglio were wonderful! This was a long planned reunion holiday with dear friends from Italy (we are from US) . The visit was made terrific by the hospitality and beautiful and comfortable surroundings of your home. All 11 of us had a relaxing and fun vacation. Lucia (the property manager) was so helpful and the people of Massa (the village the villa is located in) were so welcoming. We loved each day!! Lucia helped us with the luggage up the large hill driveway. We especially loved the pizza party and kareoke which as an optional add on hosted by Lucia and husband. What a treat. Lucia answered all our questions and met our needs. My Italian was not great but we had technology to help us!! The hill up to the house is a significant one (I would not recommend it for the disabled or elderly) but fine for our heathy group. The bus to Sorrento was only 15 minute ride on bus (2 euro) and comes every 20 minutes to Massa city center. Hope we come again

Historic home with exclusive pool

AylaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We (7 friends) enjoyed staying at the villa very much! The house, especially the front yard and pool, are wonderful. Maria is great! She sent us a lot of tips about the area (including the necessary things, such as shopping). In addition, we were surprised with a very fine cake and if you needed something, an answer came very quickly. The villa is well equipped and the surroundings are beautiful. There is plenty of parking space. Only the potholes and the access to the villa are a bit challenging - but doable!

Sicily Authentic Vibration Eighteenth-Century Farm with Panoramic Sea Views

Anthony Rating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a wonderful stay - the villa is beautiful, in a lovely location, and we were made very welcome. We were given a delicious breakfast each day with freshly made cake and omelettes. The swimming pool is lovely and we had sessions of Pilates and yoga. I can’t think of anything about our stay that could have been improved. Thank you so much Corrado and your team for looking after us so well.

Historic Residence Casa del Tabacco, Adriatic Sea

MananRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Arturo is responsive and knows the area well. He recommended and reserved great restaurants, and spots at a beach club in the nearby town. He clued us into the best gelato in Italy, and arranged for bike rentals to be delivered and taken from the house. With an assisted bike it is easy to visit nearby beaches and towns, but in general you will need a car in Salento. The house is spacious, and air conditioning in the rooms is great (note the common areas are not air conditioned but can have great airflow). We had five kids with us, and it was a bit nerve wracking with all of the art and glass around, but we managed to survive. There are two rooms on ground level, good for the elderly. The rest of the house is accessible by a steep set of stairs. The pool was lovely and maintained each morning. The house is near the center of Vitigliano which is a quaint sleepy town off the beaten path, but seaside towns of Castro and Santa Cesarea Terme are a short drive away.

We simply love the house, the conica is incredible, we are Mexican family and we spend Christmas in that quiet and serene place. We cook delicious things. We love the welcome of our hosts, Mía es un amor, Guilla super attending and Federico the delicious pan. It is necessary to rent a car to get to this magical place. I recommend it if you want peace and quiet.

Blue Dream Amalfi Coast-Sea view pool and parking

KathyRating, 5 stars3 days ago
The Blue Dream was a peaceful, quaint and absolutely adorable place with views that were picturesque! Filomena was very helpful and always responded immediately. Be ready to walk steps but if you take your time and enjoy the views it’s very doable, even for us middle-agers. I loved the serenity and the locals were all so friendly. The nearby restaurants, meat shop and market were perfect! I would love to visit again! Conca Dei Marini is very close to Amalfi where you can ferry to other places easily, yet return to your quiet and beautiful place. Arrivederci
