Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ithaca Falls

This was genuinely my favorite Airbnb that I have stayed in. Randi was so nice, very quick to respond, and made us feel welcome. She even lent us a pack n play for our baby, which was so appreciated. The space was well appointed, clean, tidy, and generally lovely to stay in. Very beautiful, lovely vaulted ceilings, tons of light….we were in town for a wedding and this was such a peaceful home base for us. Would happily re-book the next time we’re in town!

We really loved the cabin. It was comfortable, clean and really well equipped. The location was perfect - in peaceful surroundings but close enough to Ithaca, Cayuga Lake and the beautiful state parks. Janelle and Aaron are such lovely hosts. We would definitely stay here again.

Easily now one of our favorite places to stay! Absolutely spotless and in a peaceful locale (we even saw a woodpecker!) Drivable to both Seneca and Cayuga and to Ithaca. Major kudos to Diane and Glen for not only creating a charming and welcoming space with so much thought and care, but ALSO for making it affordable! I have had some terrible, terrible experiences with AirBnB hosts cancelling my reservations to gauge me for more money when they realize it's commencement for one of the colleges, even if that's not remotely the reason for our visit. Finding this listing was fate! I will definitely try to book again in the future. And hopefully the weather will be nicer!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches for guests that made us feel right at home. The outdoor space was a true highlight: we loved sitting outside, watching deer in the mornings, and ending the day making s’mores around the fire. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature! Would love to stay again!

Very close to commons, easy parking, super clean, very family friendly, i could tell every thoughtful accommodation had been made for small children, my kids didn’t want to leave!

The interior of the house was absolutely gorgeous—beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and incredibly cozy, making us feel right at home. The host was very responsive to all communications and dealt with a small issue promptly and professionally, which we greatly appreciated. The views from the property were lovely, offering stunning scenery that enhanced our relaxing getaway. While the exterior could use some improvement to match the interior’s charm, it didn’t detract from our overall experience. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable and scenic stay!

Michele’s place was great for what we needed it for. We are a family of 3 in town for a baseball tournament. It was much cheaper than local hotels and we had more room and amenities. We would definitely stay here again if the team returns. Michele was quick to respond to any questions that I had.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Martha's place. The eco friendly community was something I had not before been exposed to and I enjoyed it very much. Martha kindly showed me her vast food -growing gardens and the community greenhouse (thank you Martha🙂). I would definitely stay here again.

My brother and I loved David's space. It felt like an Airbnb of old with ample snacks, lots of coffee, and a gorgeous view. Could not recommend this place enough!

We had a fantastic stay at Kelly’s place. She was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our visit, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The apartment had a lovely homely feel, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful night after a day out exploring. The location was spot on: an easy walk into town, and a great base for driving to nearby areas. Highly recommended!

Richard is an excellent host! Easy check-in and check-out! The location is great! A quiet gate away, but about 10 10-minute drive to Cornell and Ithaca. The place is very clean and provides a lot of supplies, food, snacks, and necessities! Very thoughtful. The communication is excellent! Very clear instructions and very responsive Very pleasant stay!

I couldn’t recommend this location enough. We didn’t need much help from our host because of how impressive the listing was in the first place. Tiana made it clear that she would be happy to hop in if we needed anything! We were able to enjoy our private time with the safety of having support if needed. Ithaca is beautiful even on a bad weather weekend, and Tiana’s place is the perfect location!

This was a nice place in a nice setting, but close to downtown Ithaca. It had everything I needed for relaxing weekend.

This was such a great place to stay! Great communication, clean, within 5-10 mins to everything, quiet and had everything I needed. Mike was very friendly and made us feel right at home. I will most definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to visit again!

This is by far one of the best Airbnbs that I have stayed in. The location was perfect and the place was clean. It was super cute and perfect for me and my two daughters. The hot tube was an added plus too!! Would absolutely stay there again! The hosts were super friendly and so helpful. They felt like family. ❤️❤️❤️

Rachel’s place was phenomenal! It was clean and cozy, and perfect for a quick escape from NYC. It was also close enough to be right in downtown Ithaca within minutes. I will definitely be back again!

This was a repeat visit and another great experience! The apartment was perfect, super convenient to our events and we again appreciated the convenience and excellent fare of the Rye and the Garage restaurants. THE place to stay in Elmira!

Great stay! Wonderful visit with 3 adults, we gave my mom the larger room and my sister and I stayed in the room with the trundle bed. The living room area was so nice to spend time planning our day or visiting together at the end of the day. Great walking to breakfast and dinner spots. The location will be even better when the renovations are done by the water. Parking was easy and a great home-base for visiting the manyFinger Lakes locations. My mom said the pillows were so comfortable! Great that there was a hair dryer and even a steamer if someone needed it! Many coffee and tea options in the kitchen.

Wonderful place to stay, very private, very convenient. It's very clean. Hosts were unobtrusive and communicative via app. Instructions were clear. Our party consisted of 2 adults and 4 children, ages 8 to 12. The accommodations worked very well. Cozy space, we really only needed to be there to shower and sleep. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The views were absolutely stunning. It was a perfect way to ring in the new year. Amy was very responsive, and the house was perfect. We hope to return one day.

The apartment was adorable and well decorated. It seems as if they had thought of everything! Shalisa was also extremely responsive and friendly. 10/10 would recommend her place.

Our family came in for a concert, and this location was perfect. Beautiful condo, with a perfect location on the lake. With access to the pool, hot tub, life sized chess board, gym and the lakeside trail, we were within steps of a brewery, salon, restaurants, playground and an ice cream shop. Within walking distance of CMAC -- which we saw many people do. No need to bring your own towels, the condo has 4 for your use. The owners were quick to respond when we weren't able to get the door open (trick: turn the lock all the way to the right and lift the door handle up as you open) and super kind/prompt if I had other questions. We'll def be back. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful place!
