Monthly Rentals in Ithaca

I stayed at Jyl's place for 4 weeks. Both she and her other 2 guests were very kind to me and helpful whenever needed. I had both a heater and an AC in my room that I could use and adjust myself. I liked the way of organising common spaces in kitchen and toilet: every shelf, cupboard etc. is assingned to a partcular room guests. I really liked this place.

A cozy and comfortable home. I did not get to meet Suzie, but she was responsive and left me some notes to check in about my stay. I loved the location, right downtown but easy access to the Cornell Campus. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. I would recommend Suzie's place. Thanks.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chauncey House. This is a perfect place for enjoying downtown Ithaca and is close to everything. We were able to leave our car in the driveway and explore on foot. The suite is very comfortable with all the modern touches. The two wall-mounted A/C units keeps it cool in the summer. This place is very clean, and the hosts have an obvious attention to detail. Heather and David were very communicative and getting in and out of the suite was a breeze.

Patti's place on Lake Street was adorable. It is a nice little 2BDRM apartment right at the top of the hill on Lake Street. Parking was ample. Everything was as it was described online. The hosts were both so responsive anytime we had an issue or a question. The only thing I'd say is that the beds are full-size and I'm not sure 4 people could fit there. I don't remember if it is advertised for 4 but the 3 of us struggled to sleep - I shared a bed with my 10yo son and neither of us got much sleep. Not a poor reflection on the hosts, just keep this in mind if you need to share a bed with someone you're not going to cuddle with. IJS!!! Otherwise it was great and I'd stay there again - without my kid!!!
