First of all, Ms. Fatma is a really nice host. Very friendly, tolerant, friendly, polite lady. She asked if I need anything at every turn She was very helpful. She even offered me pancakes one morning. I was very well accommodated. The house was literally spotless. It was spotless from towels to bed, wardrobe to kitchen utensils. I had no issues with check-ins and outs. Thanks to Ms. Fatma, she was flexible. Kitchen utensils are quite sufficient. Extremely quiet, calm and peaceful neighborhood. A few minutes walk to the sea. The sea is very nice. It has a spacious and immaculate feel. A few minutes by car from the center of Foça. The grocery store is also a 5-10 minute walk away. It was a great and hassle free stay for me.

We had a magical accommodation experience! It's not just our home, but our soul that we've rested here... The house was not only comfortable, but also seemed to be built with peace. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, immaculate and presented in the best form of hospitality. The location was great; the surrounding nature, silence and energy really did us a lot of good. The host was literally kind, caring and reassuring. He was always available and helpful; we felt very special. ✨ This is not just an accommodation, it was an inner pause, a divine breath. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. It was a vacation we enjoyed immensely. If the June price was like May, we would stay at least 10 more days. The location of the Miniq house is perfect, you are in the center of the town, it is extremely easy to reach everywhere on foot. From ice cream parlors to fish and bread shops, from small shops to port restaurants, from the municipality to the hospital, from military social facilities to beaches, everything is right at your feet. The night view is another beauty. There is almost no traffic, just enough to hear the sound of places with music at night. We wish everyone who reads this comment a pleasant holiday in our Miniq home.

The house was very nice. Mr. Seçkin thought of everything in all the details and we were able to reach everything we didn't need. It was spotless and safe, we stayed with 3 girlfriends comfortably. Since we arrived with our own vehicle, we did not have any transportation problems. The location is also very good. The proximity to the sea, the garden, the interior of the house were great. We mistakenly thought one of the mosquito repellents belonged to us, sorry, please, thank 🙏🏼 you so much, it was perfect.

It was a great experience for us to stay in this beautiful house during our holiday in Çeşme. The location of the house was in a very central and safe area, very comfortable in terms of transportation and surrounding facilities. Alacati is 7 minutes away from the bazaar by car. The order and cleanliness of the house was very good; there was a small problem with the cleaning at the first entrance, but Mr. Engin solved the situation very understandingly and quickly, and even made a gesture by giving us +1 day as a gift. We would also like to thank you for this approach and hospitality. Everything we needed was available at home: air conditioning, clean sheets and towels, kitchen equipment was complete. The interior was spacious and tastefully furnished, every detail necessary for a comfortable holiday was considered. Our host was very caring, solution-oriented and respectful. This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

A very functional, spacious studio for two, with a pleasant balcony facing the sea. Smooth and easy communication with Angeliki, attentive and friendly. We had a pleasant stay, we recommend it.

In addition to being a house decorated with nice and quality materials, there was none in the house. There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches. I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV and basic necessities made the stay even more pleasant. The value for money was excellent. I can highly recommend Özerk's apartment and will definitely stay here again on a next visit.

The apartment is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect for us as our family is nearby and we could walk for coffee and restaurants on the port. I would come back and stay here. The balcony is lovely to watch the sunrise. And the bathroom and kitchen are all updated and modern and clean.
