Evimizin önünde yer alan geniş terasta denizin ve güneşin tadını çıkartabilir, barbeku yapabilir, sade ve kullanışlı bir tatil evidir. Evin önündeki iskeleden ya da sığ kıyıdan denize kolayca girilebilir. Sabahları denize karşı kahvaltı yapabilir, gün boyu denizin tadını çıkarabilirsiniz.

Die Großstadt Izmir (40 km) ist mit Bus/Dolmus (Minibus) ,oder mit Taxi erreichbar . Vor dem Haus befindet 50 Meter entfernt der Sandstrand .Im Haus befindet Trinkwasser Kühlgerät.(Sebil) und 3 Klimagerät .
