We also paid close attention to the interior design and kitchen utensils to make sure you can enjoy "living" in the space. At the gazebo by the stream, you can enjoy BBQ and campfires without worrying about the weather. It is ideal as a base for hiking, fishing, paddle boarding, and golf during the green season, and as a base for winter sports during the snow season. This is the Mase Coast in Nishikan Ward, Niigata City (formerly Makimachi) 25 minutes by car from Makikata IC on the Hokuriku Expressway, 35 minutes from Sanjo-En IC. The horizon of Echigo Nanaura spreads out below. Take a morning walk on the beach with no one else around. A hiking course that looks like it came out of a Ghibli movie. Nearby, there are cafes in the mountains, away from the crowds, and There is also an Italian restaurant where you can watch the sunset over the sea. You can also spend time relaxing with a bento box from a famous shop in Iwamuro Onsen. Agri-tourism is also being planned so that you can enjoy cooking freshly picked vegetables. Located in downtown Niigata, it is also close to Furumachi, the downtown area of Niigata. This private lodging facility is a single rental unit that connects a storehouse and a wooden building. The storehouse is over 145 years old and is registered as a Tangible Cultural Property by the Japanese government. The wooden building is a self-renovated building with the owner and friends. This is a private lodging facility where you can feel the history of Niigata, located at the end of a narrow alley in Niigata. Please let us know in advance if you'll be bringing small children. If you need to sleep with your child, we will attach the bed or install a baby gate for safety. We will assist you in person at check-in. At that time, we will explain the facility and do the bookkeeping. Please let us know at check-in if you need any tourist information. This is a facility where you can fully enjoy Niigata City. This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

Sakura House is a 1-minute walk from Tokuchimachi Station! Rent the entire building!

1 min walk from Tokamachi Station. It is a small two-story house. There are many delicious restaurants nearby because it is in the city. There are Japanese-style rooms, Western-style rooms, and a dining room for couples, families, and groups. There is a kitchen, so of course you can cook for yourself. You rent the entire building, so you don't have to worry about sharing it with others. The house only has a shower, but there is a hot spring nearby. (7-minute walk) Ideal for the currently popular workcation. Combined with the adjacent Ume House, it can accommodate up to 8 guests.

About 3 minutes by car from Sado Kisen Ogi Port. 13 minutes on foot. This accommodation is a private rental, limited to one group per day. Denshichiya is the original name of this house. The name of the inn is the same as the name of the house, which the neighbors are familiar with. This is an old private house built in Showa 3 (1928) in the Important Preservation District for Groups of Historic Buildings. It has a high atrium and is open.
