Everything is ok according to the description, spacious apartment, clean, equipped kitchen, not far from the center. the only "-" no wifi. I recommend!

I missed the information that they didn’t have WiFi- that was a bit of a surprise. But Marie was a fantastic host, very flexible and communicative, and the apartment was comfortable, had all the amenities in the kitchen and felt like home. She went out of her way to make sure it was comfortable for 4 people (it’s small but it was comfortable). They even offered basic food in the pantry. We’d definitely go back.

We stayed at the apartment over Christmas. There was enough space for four people and we felt very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a Christmas dinner. There is shopping in the immediate vicinity. Recommended for winter sports enthusiasts as there is a ski box and the ski bus stops almost at the front door. The communication with the hosts was very good and we always got a quick response. Highly recommend

Nice little apartment. We didn't miss a thing. There is a small creek next to the house and a large forest . It is perfect if you like nature.

The apartment is beautifully furnished, very affordable and well equipped. Perfect for ski holidaymakers, because the slope is very easy to reach on foot. Ivana was very flexible with the key handover. It is also nice that you can sit in the small garden in the sun. Two small pieces of information: Apparently you can't go through the gate of the underground car park to the basement, but always have to go through the main entrance to the house. In addition, the bathtub is really just a bathtub without a curtain, so you can't shower well while standing.

A cozy, comfortable, and clean apartment. We always ate on the balcony, surrounded by the sounds of birds. There are many hiking trails nearby with beautiful nature. Thank you to the host for the pleasant communication.

We chose the apartment within reach of the ski areas. This apartment is a great fit. A smaller ski slope within walking distance, the others perfectly reachable by ski bus - the stop is a few meters from the apartment, which is cleverly on the ground floor.

We had a great stay. Being beautiful, new renovated and very tastefully and practical set up. I was almost afraid that we would not spoil it with my backpack. The ski room and the possibility of using a sports equipment room or, in our case, for a stroller are ideal. The apartment is located in an excellent starting location for trips and close to bobsleigh track, restaurants and playgrounds. The store is also nearby (within 5 minutes on foot). For the car there is a reserved parking space right in front of the house and nice to see from the window. The owner was responsive to all our questions and communication with her was seamless. We would definitely visit again.

Every detail was in place to make the stay comfortable. After a long time of restless nights elsewhere, I finally got one of the best sleeps here. The bed was cozy, the space quiet and peaceful. It’s clear the host really cares about her guests’ experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area!

Everything was available for use and looked as in the photos. Patrik was on time and showed us how to use the bania and a sauna. We also got some recommendations on where to go, which we used to walk around the lake in Hamr nad Jezere and Chrástenský vodopád. There is also the possibility of buying local wine, which I appreciate as a wine-loving person. Bania is built in a way that offers privacy and great night views over the overlooking "Badger rock" and a forest. For people who love nature, there is a chance to spot a lot of birds 🦅(we saw, i.e. some buzzards and a black stork). There are also nearby stray cats, which we took plenty of photos of :) The property rented by Patrik has a view of a hill with a 1937 wooden house. For people coming from Poland, even though the owner is Czech he speaks quite good polish. Very relaxing place, highly recommended for those who love nature, campfire, and to relax in a bania or sauna, but if you must use your phone, there is working wifi :)

Everything was just right. The apartment is really spacious for up to 8 adults if someone is able to share a bed for two people. Clean, tidy, except for small shortcomings like too little toilet paper, and a bathroom heater that really isn't a problem. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. A 15-minute walk is a great restaurant with Czech cuisine, and a little further the city center and a supermarket. Overall, I highly recommend it.

The very large apartment is located exactly in Harrachov and is ideal for a ski holiday!!! Everything is within walking distance, there are many rental stations for equipment on site and yet it is quiet and peaceful at night. Due to the 3 bedrooms with tables, the small kitchen does not bother at all, because it has everything that is needed. The landlords are helpful and quiet and leave all space. We stayed with 3 tennis daughters and are grateful for the beautiful experience.

Good place for 8 people

The apartment is located perfectly as a starting point for your hikes. It’s well equipped and comfortable. Nice balcony with the stream flowing just under it, perfect for a coffee in the morning, or a beer at the end of a tiring day.

Pavel is a gracious and welcoming host. I had (or rather G**gle maps did) trouble getting to the place. He drove out on his scooter to meet me and led the way. The accommodations were amazing. The view from the balcony, overlooking a green area, with sun all day long, was mesmerizing. The apartment itself was spotless, with the living room kept in a warm, and welcoming rustic style. There was an option of outdoor car parking (free) and a garage. There was a grocery store 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot (up and down the hill, mind you) open 7am-7pm. Lots of hiking trails available all around. I enjoyed the stay very much.
