This is our next visit. As before, everything is great. The apartment is very clean and very well equipped. It has everything you need for a comfortable getaway. Very warm during the winter. A basement for storing sports equipment and a shoe dryer and a large number of hangers were very useful. Parking and suna are great. The apartment is located half an hour walk to the ski lift and the center or 5 minutes to the ski bus and grocery store. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Helena is a very helpful person. They respond to messages very quickly. I recommend and thank you.

The place exceeded our expectations. The service and everything around was at a great level. Everything was clean and the apartment was very spacious. We are very satisfied.

The appartement is a bit outside of Špindlerův Mlýn. There is a bus that goes every 2 hours or so. There is no sidewalk or bike trail. We were with bikes. The appartement itself is very nice and clean (but with weird/sexist pictures on the walls). There is tea and coffee with a coffee machine. The furniture and bathroom are very nice and clean. The shared sauna outside is very beautiful. The communication with the host is very easy and friendly.

Spacious and well-equipped apartment, suitable for longer stays. We were there for four days with a one-year-old child, a travel cot is available in the apartment or at the reception. The apartment is located outside the center of Pec, but within walking distance. Communication with the owner and the manager was without any problems, we can recommend staying here.

Super nice place for a family of 4. There was also a sofa bed, for 2 more guests. Great balcony overlooking mountains. Clean and tidy. No noise and noise. Easy to get to the ski resorts, restaurants, and shopping. We highly recommend the place and the place. We'd love to come again.

Beautiful, modern apartment in a good location for our winter vacation, only 1,5km from the ski slope. Nicole always responded quickly and kindly to small problems and despite the proximity to the street, the apartment is pleasantly quiet. The secured parking space as well as the garage with ski boot warmer was an amazing touch. For a small fee, we also had a wellness area in the building. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Communication with the host was outstanding! Although he was not on site personally, everything went super understandable and smooth. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and all my questions were answered quickly and kindly. The location was ideal – quiet but still well connected, with great excursions in the area. As a host, Petr is very helpful, answering all your questions well before and during the stay. He provided a PDF with instructions, which were very helpful and responsive to questions. Great contact! A large and very comfortable home. Plenty of space for larger or smaller groups. Two fridges provide enough space, a dishwasher takes care of dishes, a fully equipped kitchen (silverware, plates, bowls, beer pints, wine/drink glasses, a pod maker, and a drip coffee maker). A fireplace is available for freezes. A hot tub and sauna are great attractions. It was a nice touch to leave a separate cover for the sauna - you didn't have to take towels from the room. There's plenty of space in the dining room and living room. We had trouble connecting to the audio system in the wellness area, but we had our own speaker, which was enough. There is an outdoor area and a fire pit and a shed with a portable grill. Full equipment and nothing is missing. It was GREAT

It was one of those weekends not to be forgotten! Despite the rainy weather, my friends and I had an incredible time — the house was incredibly cozy, welcoming, and literally "lived". It can be seen that the owners have put a heart into it: everything is thought out to the last detail, from the practically equipped kitchen to karaoke, which has become the main hit of the evening! Even on the terrace, everything was ready for a relaxing dinner — we were very pleased with the blankets that were prepared there. We were already the 2x at Tereza in Plavy with 6 adults and 4 children. Everything is available in the house, from A for apron to Z for zipper. The house is furnished with a lot of love and style. The hosts are always very easy to reach, helpful and gave us good tips for excursions and restaurants. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.
