Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Jablonec nad Nisou District

As a host, Petr is very helpful, answering all your questions well before and during the stay. He provided a PDF with instructions, which were very helpful and responsive to questions. Great contact! A large and very comfortable home. Plenty of space for larger or smaller groups. Two fridges provide enough space, a dishwasher takes care of dishes, a fully equipped kitchen (silverware, plates, bowls, beer pints, wine/drink glasses, a pod maker, and a drip coffee maker). A fireplace is available for freezes. A hot tub and sauna are great attractions. It was a nice touch to leave a separate cover for the sauna - you didn't have to take towels from the room. There's plenty of space in the dining room and living room. We had trouble connecting to the audio system in the wellness area, but we had our own speaker, which was enough. There is an outdoor area and a fire pit and a shed with a portable grill. Full equipment and nothing is missing. It was GREAT

It was one of those weekends not to be forgotten! Despite the rainy weather, my friends and I had an incredible time — the house was incredibly cozy, welcoming, and literally "lived". It can be seen that the owners have put a heart into it: everything is thought out to the last detail, from the practically equipped kitchen to karaoke, which has become the main hit of the evening! Even on the terrace, everything was ready for a relaxing dinner — we were very pleased with the blankets that were prepared there. Thank you for your cozy and kind atmosphere — we'd love to come back Tomas is a great host and a very welcoming person — communication with him was seamless, and you can see that he really cares about the comfort of his guests😊

Michal and his wife were great hosts! :) They were very friendly and easy to reach. Her accommodation was incredibly beautiful, the sauna and the bathing pond were used with joy and relaxation. The premises, especially for several people and animals, absolutely fantastic. It is really highly recommended and we would love to come back. :)

We have enjoyed the stay in the house. It's wonderfully big and clean. Ivan always responded quickly and everything was possible and was arranged quickly. We would definitely recommend it.

We stayed in a group of girls, everything was perfect, we found the place quickly and looked even better than in the photos. The only problem was the smelly trash. :-(

We had an amazing weekend at Chalupa Tric. The host was super responsive and helpful with recommendations and even offered earlier check-in. The house is really beautiful - highly recommend!

The communication with Martin and Eva was quick and uncomplicated. Both helped us in advance and locally. Three of our children were able to book a ski course with Eva at short notice and were even able to use three pairs of Failie skis. A number of sledges were provided for our sledding tour. There are even 5 available instead of the specified 4 rooms, which has very relaxed for our group (7 adults, 8 children). The three bathrooms and another toilet also relieved. The living/dining area is very cozy with the very well-functioning fireplace and by the fireplace we were able to dry our things wet from the snow. Parking for our 4 cars was available directly in front of the house. In the village, there are three ski resorts. There are restaurants within walking distance. In addition, you can walk from the house in 2 minutes on a very nice hiking trail. The kitchen is a bit cramped but well equipped. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful time and the place was perfect! I would highly recommend as Arno was very quick to respond and great at recommending places to our group. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked! You do need to bring your own toilet paper and such as there was not more than one roll in each bathroom. He recommended two different restaurants to our group to eat and both were fabulous and we loved them! The place was beautiful! Thank you!

Beautifully renovated house with all the amenities in the middle of the Jizera Mountains. We were there for the second time in a group with six young children and we had a great time. The owner is very helpful and kind and will be happy to advise you. Even though the accommodation is in the middle of the village and about 20 meters from the still open shop, there is total peace and no traffic because it is in a dead end street. Close to the cable car to Špičák and to the forest and to the train, a beautifully furnished garden with a garden house and inside the accommodation a great luxury of many bathrooms equipped with kitchens and 4 bedrooms. In fact, I'm worried that if we say all the superlatives, it will be full next year and we won't have a deadline 😀

It was very nice in the house. There are plenty of play opportunities for the kids. The beds were clean and the layout of the rooms was great! The property managers were always available. We will be happy to come back.

We were seven adults and three kids. It is a very nice and well maintained/very clean house with large property as well as plenty of space to play etc. Sauna and pool were great and everything was great there too. The rooms, bathrooms and kitchen are very well equipped, crockery and cutlery plentiful. In the small "garden house" there are a lot of toys for the children. That's great. The district of Rudnik is extremely quiet and tranquil, which was just great for us. We can recommend the house with a clear conscience. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing holiday.

There were five of us and a baby and there were six more beds to spread out on. Private house looks well kept and spotless. We got towels and linens folded and smelled from the laundry. The beds are very comfortable. There is a big hot tub and a sauna. The pool was not functioning in October. There is a trampoline that the kids enjoyed. All appliances - washing machine and dryer Smart TVs with Netflix worked well for us. There is no playpen for babies. There are two beds beyond small natives and that's what we got along with. The house is close to a number of large shopping centers for the purpose of filling the fridge. Would recommend Kopland. Excellent total for a star trip for families in the north of the Czech Republic.

Everything is perfect, perfect for a large group.

We felt very comfortable in the modern house with wellness area. Simona was waiting for us on arrival and explained everything to us. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The wellness area leaves nothing to be desired. There is a supermarket about 500 m away and you can also drive in winter. The ski slope can also be reached quickly. Everything was super clean, there were bathrobes for everyone and there were plenty of towels too. 5 stars for this great accommodation!!!

Beautiful place with lots of activities. The place is in an ideal location, close to the cable car and the center. We appreciated the possibility of swimming in the pool, the kids had a great stay. The accommodation has leisure activities - football and children's play area.

This house is absolutely amazing. It looks actually better than it does in the description. Placed in the hills with a stunning view you find a very quiet, scenic place here. For hiking or even boarding/skiing absolutely perfect. Just imagin coming from a long hike, jumping into a nicely heated pool or having a bit of sauna. We absolutely loved to chill in the morning sun on the terrace. What we also liked is the euipment. Everything is just there. Even have a keyboard if you get bored. Just a beautiful spot.

Everything was perfect for us. We had everything we needed and could enjoy completely. Also the check out was later than official in Airbnb, so very flexible. Thumbs up, can just recommend this place.

The property is in a very nice location. Quiet in a small valley. A small morning walk to the bakery. A large cozy kitchen-living room. The bathroom is beautiful. The place was much more beautiful than the photos and fully equipped. On the first day, we had a problem running the hot tub, but the manager came right away and was happy to help. Great sauna with a pool, I just recommend starting to warm up as soon as you arrive. I definitely recommend it!
