The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house near the Jablonec dam. The main entrance and hallway share two separate apartments. The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes on foot, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, to the center is 20 minutes on foot. Free parking is available on the street. Cross-country skiing and bikes can be stored in the hallway.

The apartment is located in a very good location in a family house. City center on foot about 10 min. Public transport stop right in front of the house. Very close is also the popular Jablonecká dam - use both in summer and winter (bicycle, in-line, swimming, paddleboard, etc.) Train station about 3 min. on foot. There are plenty of great places to see and a great place to start your trip. Grocery store also very close. (5 min) In winter, the nearest ski slope is 15 min by car. Free parking in front of the house. Pets are not a problem.

The luxury apartment is located on the two upper floors of the house and offers accommodation for 4-6 people. In the duplex apartment you will find an open living area with a kitchen and access to the terrace, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom. Welcome!

Nice, cozy and modern apartment, studio size - 1 bedroom - room with a comfortable double bed and a kitchenette with a balcony and a beautiful view of the whole city. You will find absolutely everything you could need during your stay, including all hygiene and cleaning products, a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine and a few capsules. In December 2025, the apartment was renovated, modernized and painted, we have a new vinyl floor, a new quiet refrigerator, a design panel behind the TV with lighting.

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 03/2026.

In the winter months, it is possible to use the local cross-country tracks and the nearby ski resorts of Špičák, Čáp, Šachty

Uprostřed Jizerských hor se nachází naše útulná chalupa. Je vhodná jak pro partu lidí, tak pro rodiny s dětmi. Ubytuje 8 hostů. Vše je zařízenou pro maximální odpočinek a relaxaci. Chalupa je plně vybavena od kuchyně až po dětský koutek. Pod pergolou je venkovní posezení, sauna a ledová sprcha. Lyžařské areály se nachází v blízké vzdálenosti od domu. V létě pak doporučujeme procházky po krásných cyklostezkách. K dispozici v chalupě máme krosnu pro děti.

The house is located among family houses in a quiet environment. I live in it, my boyfriend, my son Mattias and our dog Arnošt. Households are separate, so we will be happy if you use the option of self-service accommodation. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished in a modern and airy style. We insist on peace, a pleasant atmosphere, order and tranquility throughout the house.

2 bedroom apartment with breakfast included

In the city center, bus stop to Bedrichov 20 meters. In Bedrichov a lots of opportunities for mountain biking in the summer or skiing and cross-country skiing in the winter. Accomodation available for single travelers, families with kids. Small pets are OK. Breakfast is included and it is served in the deli store Lahudky Vahala (downstairs, same building as the apartment).
