Renovated cozy, comfortable, well appointed third floor walk up studio (no elevator) in gated Pebble Beach Community. Studio is walking distance to the beach and overlooks the courtyard. Along with enjoying the beach, remember to also take advantage of the community amenities. The community has two outdoor pools and one heated indoor pool, tennis courts and a fitness center. There are several adorable boutiques, restaurants, and Publix is located within a mile. Please note * 3rd floor walk up*

We're Todd & Julie! Our goal is that you have an amazing stay in Jacksonville, whether visiting your Marine, the beaches, or working we are close to much, but still away from it all. We have 4 kids, 6 grandchildren and love N. Carolina. The people and weather drew us here. We love sharing our home with others and enhancing their vacations! A mile dirt road takes you off the beaten path & a private setting on the end of a dirt lane with only a few other fishing cottages. You will love the peace & quiet & refreshing breezes. Enjoy sunrises/sunsets from the pier! Access to kayaks, canoe & 2 paddleboards. Enjoy the ospreys dive bomb for fish, an occasional dolphin, & other birdlife.
