Monthly Rentals in Jaco

This is one of the nicest Airbnbs I have stayed in. Immaculately maintained gated community with very friendly staff. The host was very responsive, helpful and courteous. The condo is located about a 10 minute walk from a lovely local restaurant called Sabor Jacó, convenience store and fruit and vegetable market. 10 minutes further you arrive in downtown Jacó where there is everything you need. Groceries, restaurants, bars, retail stores and the beach. Downtown is a $3.00 CAD Uber ride. Everything worked perfectly in the condo. Great internet, air conditioning and lots of hot water. Bed was very comfortable and bedroom had blackout blinds. The salt water pool is 25 metres long. Great for laps. Just an overall great place to stay. I highly recommend it.

Good location and very safe, I hope reduced within the place but enough to get to rest.

This place is perfect location, steps from the beach and walking distance to most of the shops, food and light life! The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. They did my laundry for $5 and left it folded, outside of my room the same day. The bathroom was a little small but I didn´t mind. The water was hot. Would no doubt stay here again in Jacó.

Costa lofts was beautiful & clean. Host was very responsive & gave great recommendations. The only thing I didn’t like that much was the area it was pretty noisy at night. My other complaint was about the gate. The gate is currently under maintenance & you have to manually open & close it every time. Other than that our stay was great & the place was just like the description.
