Cozy old house located on the country side close to scenic water (Hanangervannet), known for its rich bird life and nice bathing. Large garden with scenic view. Simple standard, but cozy furnishings. The house has 4 separate bedrooms, where 3 are located on the second floor. Approx 7 minutes walk to bathing water which is very nice for smaller kids, shallow water and warmer than the sea. Approx 22 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lista, which offers miles and miles of sand.

38 m²big. Whole cabin is for up to 8 people. Small children need extra supervision due to step stairs. You are surrounded by incredible and untouched nature, loneliness. The house has a common room downstairs with a kitchen, wooden oven and big table.Here you can prepare the food you need. There is a plug for power and refrigerator. And is possible to make food on a gas cooker. You have access to rowboat in wood and can fish with yarn is a fishing rod. There is bakery oven fyred with wood.

Sommerboligen ligger idyllisk til med stort grøntområde rundt som tilhører eiendommen. 20 min i biltur til P-plass for Preikestolen. Huset er bygget i 1927 og har en blanding av gammelt og nytt interiør. Kjøkken med komfyr og stekeovn, oppvaskmaskin og kjøleskap. Huset er velutstyrt med mye kjøkkenutstyr. Det er egen spisestue med utsikt mot fjorden. Stue med sofa og godt lys. Det er egen tv stue med utgang til terrasse. Bad med toalett, dusj og servant, enkel standard.

If you drive 15 minutes north, you are in the centre of the festival town of Haugesund.

From Mølstrevåg (2,5 km) the hiking trail starts to Ryvarden Kulturfyr. If you bike Nordsjøvegen between Stavanger and Bergen you pass our house.
