Very nicely decorated, peaceful, private apartment in a beautiful fjord. Loved the beach bar a short walk down the road.

We had a wonderful stay in Pićan in a very pleasant, atypical accommodation. The small, bright and clean house has been tastefully renovated. The village of Pićan is peaceful and very pretty, perfect for those looking for a serene and charming stay. We particularly appreciated the warm welcome and flexibility of our host, Igor. We were touched by his kindness. As our flight was cancelled, we arrived very late in Pićan, but Igor kindly welcomed us despite the late hour. When we arrived, a welcome gift was waiting for us. Everything was done to ensure that our stay went perfectly and it did. We highly recommend this accommodation! Thank you again, Igor. We wish you all the best.

Pićan is really a very idyllic & quiet village and the apartment has everything you need and the communication with Tina was super straightforward. I can only recommend the place if you want to see different things in Istria and the focus is not on the beach vacation :)

We had a wonderful stay with Dean and his family. We were very warmly welcomed, everyone was very helpful and hospitable. We traveled as a large group, which is why the individual apartments were great and you have a lot of space in the community at the same time. We particularly liked the open kitchen with barbecue area and pizza oven. We were given extra fire for the pizza oven, which we highly recommend. The pool is small but nice, with large lawn and shady areas. The family grows a lot of vegetables and fruit: We tasted a lot of fruit and wine from their own production, got potatoes from their own cultivation and learned a lot about Croatia. The farm is very quiet, located a little away from the Croatian coast. About 20 minutes to the big supermarket, 30-40 minutes to the sea. It was a wonderful and friendly get-together on the farm, with individual areas for guests and the family. We highly recommend staying with Dean!

We had some trouble finding the apartment at the beginning. 😅 But Kristijan was super accessible and a house around the corner is not visible from the street even with turquoise shutters. 😅 The property is very originally located in the hinterland of Croatia. It offers plenty of space to romp and play for children. A spacious meadow, other children and the dogs invite you to play. It was just incredibly hot in August. Small and large supermarkets can be reached in 5 - 15 minutes. Pazin with zip line and cave is right around the corner. A fishing pond as well. It takes 35 - 60 minutes to all the stalls of Istria. For this you get a place where you can really slow down! It was clean, tidy and comfortable. Due to the natural stone and the location, but not completely small animal-free. 🕸️ In the kitchen there is even air conditioning and the shutters make darker but also less warm in the bedroom. Finally: We had a good time!

We had a very nice time in the villa, unfortunately only 4 days. We certainly could have stayed longer. The host Toni, had good and clear contact in advance. Andrea gave us a warm welcome and we were able to contact her for everything during the rest of our stay. She is a warm, sweet, enthusiastic and caring lady. Contact with Andrea also runs very quickly and smoothly. We have nothing to complain about the villa itself. It is nice and clean both inside and outside. The pool is lovely, and also bright and clean. You are provided with everything in the villa. You don't have to leave and you can have a great time. You really won't be short of anything. The location is quiet, but within a 15/30 minute drive you will also come across nice villages/shops. A car would be useful. Thanks again Toni and Andrea for the hospitality, we will definitely come back.

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

We had a very relaxing two-week vacation. The location of the apartment is outside, but therefore all the quieter. Not only in the evening, but also during the day you might hear a dog barking or the crickets chirping. By car, you can reach 20 minutes to the big supermarket and about half an hour to the beach. The apartment is very spacious and air-conditioned. The pool is very clean and wonderfully refreshing. Dragan and his family were very friendly and helpful. They made a great effort to ensure that we were doing well, either through the delicious eggs from the chickens or the good excursion tips. A big highlight was the invitation to the boat trip with Dragan in the late afternoon until sunset. A few times we had breakfast and dinner with Dragan's family. You can order this on site and it is great in terms of price/performance. All in all, we highly recommend this apartment. Here you can recover from everyday life.
