It is a ground floor apartment, located next to the Ravel, a 5-minute walk to the city center, a 10-minute drive to Francorchamps. Guests can enjoy the thermal baths, take long walks in the woods, discover the area by bike. A garage for small cars is at your disposal, otherwise you can park your car for free nearby.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

The studio of Villa Madeleine

3 km from the thermal baths and 5 km from the Francorchamps circuit, in our 3-sided villa, we offer a small 32 m² studio on the second floor. This studio consists of a living room (kitchenette, sofa, table), bedroom and shower room (with toilet). The entrance to the villa and half of the stairwell are therefore shared with the owners who live in the rest of the Villa.

Sleep and stay in a more than 300-year-old cloth maker's house right in the heart of Monschau. When the window is open, you can hear the Rur rushing by and have a beautiful view all the way to the Red House. On cold days, the oven provides cozy warmth. We look forward to seeing you soon.
