IDEALLY LOCATED in downtown Chartres, this CHARMING and BRIGHT studio is nestled in our garden, on the 1st floor of an independent annex, accessible by a private staircase. Access to the garden shared with the hosts. Self ★check-in to the property, with keypad. An 8-minute walk to the SNCF train station and a short walk to the pedestrian heart of the city and Chartres Cathedral, this elegantly and cozily decorated accommodation is the perfect place to rest after a day of sightseeing or work.

Located 3 minutes from the train station on foot and 10 minutes from the city center, our house welcomes you in a quiet and peaceful environment at the end of a small cul-de-sac. You will be close to all the cultural and sports activities that our city can offer (castle, caves, museum, tennis, kayaking, horseback riding). Châteaudun, whose castle is the first of the Loire Castles, opens the doors to Touraine and its famous sites (Chambord, Blois, Chenonceau, Cheverny etc...)

Whether you are passing through or staying in Châteaudun, this apartment - loft (1st floor) offers a convenient location, close to the city center. No parking worries, it's right at the foot of the accommodation. It is a 5-minute walk from the train station. It offers all the comforts necessary for a successful stay. Ideally for 2 people, however it can accommodate 2 more (contact me for more information). Massage service is available on-site (rates available on request)

Located in the heart of Châteaudun, a historic town, this country-style retreat, with a warm and intimate atmosphere, with all the contemporary comforts is there to welcome you. The ground floor has a large living area with entrance, living room, dining room and kitchen opening onto a wooded courtyard not overlooked. 2 bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. Alone, as a couple, on a business trip, or with family... you can stay in peace and quiet and at your own pace.

Ideally located in the heart of Châteaudun, at the foot of the castle, on a pedestrian street in the heart of the medieval site, you will stay in this peaceful and quiet apartment, fully equipped and refurbished. It offers a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and comfortable for 2 people, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Linens/towels provided. Its entrance also allows you to safely store bicycles.

You can also discover the underground world of Châteaudun by visiting the famous Foulon Caves.

F2 Jallans House

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. An F2 with a bright bedroom, a pleasant living room open to the very well-equipped kitchen. A shower room and a separate toilet. The accommodation is located 800 meters from Châteaudun and close to all amenities. Sleeps 4 people, 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. TV, Wifi, free parking across the street, the hospital 600 meters away. Bed and bath linens provided. Access via key box.

Le Fournil de Bussard (Bussard Bakery)

Old bakery recently renovated, this small cottage of character is located in a quiet and green environment, on a cereal farm, near a pond and the farmhouse. This accommodation for two people can accommodate two additional people ("BZ" sofa bed on the ground floor). The cottage consists of a 30 m2 living room with its equipped kitchen, and on the first floor a bedroom with a 140 double bed and a bathroom with toilet.
