Holiday rentals with a patio in Jamaica, Queens

Very nice apartment and extremely clean! Overall, very comfy and well-equipped. The downside (but that´s on us and not Melissa!) was the location. Despite the fact that it´s possible to take the bus to the city center, we experienced this being a bit of a burden. The bus terminal in the center is not very easy to orientate yourself in when being there the first time, also staff has been rather unfriendly and not very willing to help. The bus transport costs 8$ per trip for 2 people. So we paid 16$ every day to commute back and forward between the apartment and the center. As said, we should have informed ourselves better prior to the stay, but we would not book this one again due to the commuting time. Especially during busy times (morning), the trip takes up to 1 hour one way and busses were extremely crowded from time to time with no seat available. We are young and did not mind too much but I would not recommend this for anyone struggling with that. But again, this is on us! :)

Even nicer than the pictures! We loved the high ceilings and sense of space in the flat. Everything was exceptionally clean, which we appreciated. Adam was very responsive, and helpful. Everything was just perfect. Definitely grab a bagel at The Bagel Pub down the street while you’re there!

This place is the perfect distance from the American Dream Mall ! Lovely location, lovely amenities, and a hot tub ? Definitely getting your moneys worth. Thank you Jenn for having us !

This property was fantastic! The location is super walkable to everything Hoboken has to offer and is very walkable to the Path. The home is simply lovely & very welcoming. The outdoor space is perfect for reading a book or sipping coffee. Elgha was very responsive & an excellent host. We will absolutely be back!

Perfect apartment, really good option for people who want to travel to Manhattan, really easy access with PATH train. The area is super nice and green, really good places if you’re traveling with kids. The host is amazing! Super helpful and very kind. Apartment is very clean, everything like on the picture. The area is so clean, pleasant. Many places for walk, shops, park, it is easy to park the car. This place is literally perfect! Truly recommend this apartment, we loved it ❤️

Great apartment in quiet street but less than 10mins walk to two subway lines, also some good local restaurant/bar options (we tried Good Ol Days Diner and Therapy Wine Bar 2.0). Apartment itself is modern, clean, and good size. Really nice touch was the selection of drinks in the fridge.

This place is just excellent!! A large terrace with nice view to the Hudson River right in front of you. Beautiful surrounding. Comfortable bed. Quiet place. And the bathroom is big with 3 showers at the same time 🙂 Would love to come back. Thank you!

The Airbnb was very clean and spacious for six of us. Very comfortable area. Subway station was about an 18 minute walk and that worked well for us. They responded to our text very quickly. They let us know on a daily basis if we needed anything to reach out to them. The only drawback for us was there was no coffee maker or Keurig. Unfortunately, instant coffee doesn’t cut it for us. But overall, the place was very beautiful and as I said earlier clean and comfortable

A unique architectural home built 1955 that’s set on 2 plus acres surrounded by mature hardwoods. Set in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of interesting Art and Literature available to enjoy.I had wanted to stay on several visits but this location wasn’t available. I lucked out for 3 nights and so glad I had the opportunity to. I will definitely book again. Gloria was a responsive host. Instructions were clear and detailed. Lots of closet space in the 3 bedrooms and plenty space, multiple sitting areas. Thank you Gloria.

This is a comfortable, well-equipped 2-bedroom apartment. It’s not far from the Grand Army Plaza subway stop, which makes it quite easy to get into Manhattan as well as around Brooklyn. Lovely street and neighborhood. The frontroom has one double-bed so it might not be the right layout for a group or family, say, but it worked for me. And there is a private bedroom with a double-bed as well. The small bathroom also might not work for a group of 3 or 4, but was fine for me. I appreciated the responsiveness of Asha’s manager. Everything was done with care.

I had a wonderful stay! The place is very nice—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was very helpful and responsive, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area!

Stephania and Elimil have been the best hosts I have ever had! The friendliness and efficiency in their help has been in parallel to great hotels. The house is in a beautiful spot next to a park and river, yet with walking distance to super market and Westfield mall. The appliances all functioned great and updated with newest technologies. Clean and efficient house that made us feel like home. Area felt friendly and safe too.

Amal's place was absolutely brilliant!!! It was very clean, all the amenities were spot on. I have stayed in Airbnb & hotels in my travels, but this was by far the best place my family and I have stayed so far and it will be hard for any place to beat this. Anytime We are coming back to the area, I will definitely check first if it's available because we would love to come back. Bertie was the best host! Super responsive, super helpful, and extremely accommodating. Stay was just as pictured, very close to the train station, and we felt very safe the whole time we were there. Will definitely stay again!

Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . Fantastic place to stay if you’re visiting New York. You can get to Manhattan via a train station close by. The place itself was spacious, clean and had all the essentials, and the dedicated parking garage was such a nice convenience. Kelly is a super kind and communicative host. Thanks for hosting us!

We loved our stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-stocked, and located in a charming part of Hoboken. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed with my father and enjoyed an extremely comfortable Airbnb stay. Freda was prompt and accurate, making check-in and communication effortless. The home was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged, with clear instructions throughout. We loved the calming living room view of the spacious lawn and trees. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore.

We stayed here for a month and have family in the area. The location is great, easy access to groceries, Mamilton Park, the shopping district and delightful historic blocks of townhomes and brownstones. And, there a great wine shop across the the park where Pavonia Ave has been turned into an outdoor dining plaza. I personally like the upstairs downstairs living which makes the apartment easy for two. The kitchen is very nicely designed and stocked with all the accessories and great refrigerator and stove. The owners are right here and easy to communicate with. Access was a cinch. This is a great spot to hang out.

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!!
