Lourdes was an incredibly warm and welcoming host. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel at home with her kindness and attentiveness. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Her hospitality truly made the stay special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We loved our stay at Sal’s place! It was spotless and well thought out. We had all we needed. Comfy bed—slept great. Everything was so nice. Super grateful for Sal’s parking assistance. Great guy. Loved being on this side of NYC where life was a little slower. We enjoyed neighborhood restaurants and appreciated the convenience stores. Would stay again!

Nancy was a great host. Noticed a few issues from previous renters but Nancy put them right straight away. Very friendly, Very welcoming and an amazing host. Nancy made our 12 day stay feel like a second home. We were very comfortable and enjoyed every minute.

This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.

Roma was very sweet and welcoming showed us where everything was. We even got to meet beautiful grandchildren. The space was very beautiful and glad it offered parking. This will definitely be saved as s favorite for future bookings

This amazing apartment screams VIEW and LOCATION! The apartment has sweeping views of Central Park with beautiful sunrises for you to enjoy. It is located within JW Marriott Essex House with a common entry and exit from the hotel. Breakfast and meals are available at the Marriott on paid-basis. It is located at the south entrance of Central Park, its a 1 minute walk to 5th Avenue and a 5 min walk to Times Square. Everything that you may possibly need in New York is located around you. The apartment is on the 32nd floor and is well equipped with essentials. The host along with his property manager, Luke, communicated very well and made our stay comfortable. We will definitely return to this apartment for our next day in NYC !!

The place is in the excellent neighbourhood with lush green surrounding. We were there for an official conference and were required to travel multiple times to the Manhattan (this appeared far given the traffic conditions in NYC), however it’s very close to the JFK.

Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was top notch—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Every detail was well-designed, from the cozy furnishings to the stylish decor. The host was incredibly responsive and proactive, reaching out with helpful info before we even needed to ask. Check-in was smooth, and everything we could possibly need was available. A perfect blend of comfort and class—highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

A unique architectural home built 1955 that’s set on 2 plus acres surrounded by mature hardwoods. Set in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of interesting Art and Literature available to enjoy.I had wanted to stay on several visits but this location wasn’t available. I lucked out for 3 nights and so glad I had the opportunity to. I will definitely book again. Gloria was a responsive host. Instructions were clear and detailed. Lots of closet space in the 3 bedrooms and plenty space, multiple sitting areas. Thank you Gloria.

Holly was a great host! The place was exactly as described. Very close to the park, it was nice to take a stroll around the area. Although, there were people living upstairs and you hear them very well, the place was very quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend this place to others!

I really recommend this place, if you’re looking for a nice peaceful and quiet place out of the city. The airbnb looked and was exactly like how it’s described and was very nice for me and my girlfriend. The host was really nice and made the airbnb really easily accessible for us. There is a 7/11 that is really close (walking distance) which is really convenient. I have no complaints whatsoever and I wanna thank Madinat for being an amazing host !

Beautiful place to stay , very cozy well decorated and super practical for getting in and around jersey city and nyc . Highly recommend for those travelling to NYC . Jasen and Ken were super friendly proactive hosts you will not go wrong with booking them !

We had a great time in the apartment, it was clean and everything we needed was there. Just like in the description. Comfortable bed and couch, great appliances, nice bathroom and everything was in good condition. Really close to public transportation and many restaurants. The ac was great after a hot and busy das in the city, it felt like coming home every evening. Thanks!

Apartment was clean,spacious we stayed 6 nights with our 2 year old baby. You can get bus no 126 which will take you to time square so very convenient to travel to newyork. Aj and John were very helpful and great host. We had a great stay. Best wishes . Bimla

The view of the NYC skyline was exactly as promised in the pictures. Host was super responsive. The place was within walking distance to bus and ferry to NYC.

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place

Die Wohnung ist an einer ruhigen Lage, in der Nähe waren aber tolle Restaurants, Cafes und Bars wie auch Veranstaltungslokale. Mit der L-Line gelangt man auch schnell überall. Die Sich aus d Balkon ist unschlagbar. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, wir fühlten und sicher im Haus und auch die Hausorganisation wie auch Infrastruktur war sehr gut, insbesondere auch, dass eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist. Die Terrasse im oberen Stock sollte etwas besser eingerichtet werden, aber eigentlich brauch man sie nicht unbedingt. Baris ist ein super Gastgeber, sehr gut erreichbar und reagiert schnell. Wir werden sicher wieder bei Baris buchen, wenn wir NYC besuchen!
