This unique place has a style all its own. This place has one queen bed with fully private bathroom. Laundry room upon request. Kitchenette has a sink, toaster, and fridge, but no stove or oven. Only one person allowed to stay here. Any additional guests are permitted only upon request. Please do not book for dating purpose. Self check-in with lockbox. Non-registered guests not allowed to access the premises. Please don't book if you are sound sensitive. parking is free in my driveway .

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This is a rare gem as the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are all private, for an affordable price. It is very simple and some of our personal belongings are in the space but we keep the price low to make up for it. Most rentals in this area of Toronto have shared bathroom or kitchen or are very expensive. Within walking distance to Parkway Mall. 5 minute drive to the 401 or DVP which will take you to downtown Toronto in 25 minutes (if no traffic).
