Welcome to our newly built house – a lakeside oasis with sauna, fireplace and magnificent views of the lake and Järvsö ski slopes. There are 3 bedrooms (6 beds), kitchen and bathroom. Swimming jetty and rowing boat straight down from the house, bike and hiking trails around the corner and in winter you can reach the ski slopes in 10 minutes on the ice or 3 minutes by car. After a day filled with adventure, the sauna, the fire and the silence await. Free electric car charging is included. Perfect for both outdoor life and relaxation all year round.

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By Sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. You can go directly from the house to hiking trails and cross-country cycling. If you have any questions, you can call us and ask.

Åre Gevsjön cottage with sauna near Åre and Storulvån

Log cabin 55 sqm located by the sandy beach of Gevsjön. With a wood-fired sauna and a great location for those who want to fish in Gevsjön or be close to skiing in Duved, Åre or Storulvån. The cottage is located with a direct proximity to the lake that invites activities all year round. Cooking over an open fire at the cottage's barbecue area is much appreciated by guests. Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake views, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the house. The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.
