Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small house is quietly situated in the forests of Jämtland. There is a paved path on the property for a walk. You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. TV, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, small oven, coffee maker, kettle, induction plate, and fully equipped kitchen. No incoming water, but you can get it in the lake or in the basement of the neighboring house. Stove and access to firewood available. No direct drain but you can pour water into the sink Outhouse/outdoor toilet.
