Gite at the Manoir de la Mouesserie

Small 17th century rural manor completely renovated with pool access (April to end of October), at the crossroads of Brittany, Anjou and Pays de Loire, located 12 km from Châteaubriant and 40 km from Nantes and Rennes. The square tower is completely autonomous and includes on 3 levels a fitted kitchen, living room, a suite and a bedroom. Private garden Quiet and relaxing place ideal for discovering the Châteaux de la Loire, the Forêt de Brocéliande and the beaches of the Atlantic.

Pop Studio opens onto the garden.

The colorful studio is located on the ground floor of our 19th century house, with a separate entrance. The studio overlooks the shared garden for you to enjoy. There are tables for eating outside in the shade of the palm trees. The studio is very quiet, not overlooked. To access it, read the arrival guide carefully ;=) You are in charge of cleaning... or you have the option to choose the cleaning package with an additional charge of €20, to be requested when booking.

Our charming house is located in the peaceful countryside of Guipry-Messac, 4.4 km from the city center in the 35th department in Brittany, our house is the perfect base from which to explore the local area. Only 7 km from the Lohéac car village, 30 km from the Rennes exhibition center in Bruz, and 35 km from the city of Rennes, you will have easy access to local attractions. The Breton coast is only 1.5 hours away, and the Vilaine towpath is accessible 3 km away.

Located in the heart of a 6000 m2 wooded park, our cottage will charm you with its calm. The kitchen is open to a living room with exposed stones where a good fire will warm you in the large fireplace (wood provided). Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, one with a dressing room. The south-facing terrace and large garden are conducive to relaxation, barbecues and outdoor games. Observe deer and birds in this green setting, ideal for families and nature lovers.

Surrounded by greenery (> 1000 m2), by a river (swimmable), you can enjoy the calm of this place, but also practice sports (Crossfit, tennis, volleyball, basketball, bike rides), games (ping pong, foosball, darts, board games) and fishing.

La Huche – Country House

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.

Derval Apartment

The apartment is located between Rennes and Nantes in the village of Derval, in the city center. It is 1 minute from all shops, bakeries, bar, tobacco, restaurant and 5 minutes from the Orange Bleu gym and Super U upstairs, a living room, kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi and above, there is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
