The apartment has a balcony with a glass curtain, a hammock, two bedrooms, one of which is a suite, the mattresses are orthopedic (density 45), a living room, where we have a wine cellar for those who want to occupy it with a good wine, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a laundry area. It is located in the Passagem neighborhood, the oldest neighborhood in Cabo Frio, a historic neighborhood, with narrow Portuguese stone streets, a gastronomic point. From the apartment, you can walk 5 minutes to the restaurants and also to the Praia do Forte.

Your family will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy rides, a 5-minute walk to the main shops on Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches or, if you wish, taking a taxi boat… when you stay with us. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. After booking, my WhatsApp will be made available.

No banheiro de solteiro o box só tem uma folha de vidro ( funciona melhor assim).Para acrescentar hóspede terá um valor de 100 reais por diária.
