Holiday rentals with beach access in Japanese's Island

Very comfortable apartment, we feel at home and for accepting pet has already conquered me, there was nothing missing in the apartment, spacious, with all the utensils, perfect cleaning, very quiet neighborhood, Graziano responded to us promptly, very polite, all the rules of the condominium very clear, great location, very close to the beach, vast commerce, markets, pharmacies, everything perfect. The apartment is exactly like the photos, everything was clean and fragrant... I felt at home. Even though it's in the back, it was super worth it, because the building itself faces the beach and has direct access to the sea. The hostess Célia was super attentive and made herself available in case we needed anything. No doubt: we will return more often!!!

I can say that we felt at home. Everything that was advertised was in agreement. The apartment is great, everything is very clean, it has everything we need in the kitchen, bed linen, bath. It has beach chairs and umbrellas. Bedroom closet and dresser that fits all the clothes we brought. A delightful balcony overlooking the main avenue. All nearby commerce and the beach are just a step away from the apartment. The building staff always request, giving all the information we want with politeness and promptness. As for Michele, a lovely hostess, concerned with our well-being, always asking if we needed anything. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect. We thank Michele for all the attention. We'll be back soon.

We went from Copenhagen to Cabo Frio to visit my family, we thought the apartment was cozy from the photos and decided to rent it. It was the best thing we did! Our 16-night stay was wonderful in the apartment. We felt at home. Everything was clean, organized. The apartment couldn't be in a better location than this. Leaving the building, you are already on the beachfront. Close to everything, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, etc. A 15-minute walk along the edge of Forte beach, you reach the charming neighborhood of Passagem. The communication between us and the managers was pleasant, always attentive to whether the customer needs something, a 10 for you. For those who will stay in the apartment. Wear comfortable sneakers for walking along the beach in the evening. Wake up early, don't miss the sunrise on the Beachfront. The apartment exceeded our expectations! Very well located, in front of Praia do Forte, with easy access to other beaches and several restaurants, which greatly facilitated our tours and meals. The property is spacious, well furnished and perfectly met our needs throughout the stay. I would also highlight the excellent service of the host and owner, which was extremely attentive and helpful from the beginning. It showed great proactivity and partnership by kindly anticipating our check-in and relaxing the check-out time, which made all the difference for our trip. I highly recommend the stay and we will certainly return at a next chance!

Spectacular accommodation with a beautiful view, especially at sunset. Super comfortable apartment and quite complete with all the necessary utensils, impeccable bedding, super comfortable mattresses and everything clean and fragrant. From the first contact to the last, they were simply impeccable! Wonderful house, with a breathtaking view, super clean. Hosts and assistants are very polite and kind. It is very worthwhile for those who want tranquility, privacy and an extremely cozy home. We already want to go back and this time with more people!!!

We had very nice days in the house: the view is stunning (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well taken care of, the super functional leisure area with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We managed to stay comfortably: air conditioned worked properly, the bath was good and warm as well as we used the kitchen and other areas in the house well. The great highlight of everything was the service provided by hostess/homemeira Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We did not notice any major drawbacks in the house taking away the fact that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not so recent construction). It is worth noting that although the house is super close to the beaches Geribá and Ferradura (5-10min car thing), its location high above makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

The house is a spectacle. Inside the beach literally. Wonderful place. We rent as a birthday present for my daughter. She loved it. The host was very communicative, the homemade Toquinho was also very kind and helpful. We love everything. We hope to return soon.

The price-quality ratio is very good. From the first moment, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. The place is beautiful, with a privileged location and direct access to the beach, ideal for resting and enjoying the natural environment. We moved by car and the distances were accessible: both the center and other beaches were about 15 or 20 minutes away, which allowed us to explore easily. We will definitely be back.

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive.
