Boa noite we were 8 people and two children , daughter's birthday, very cozy house,all good only to taste.Let give a hint ,when you go to spend a moment with the family at Casae and ideal and we really like Leny who prepared us a breakfast note 10 and a wonderful lunch. We had a wonderful stay! Space is exactly as described — clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access. The host was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to ask questions and give good recommendations. We would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone looking for a pleasant stay in the area!

A magical vase on the hill of Buzios. Above the beach of Geriba, which is the one I recommend the most. There are other beaches that are more beautiful, but they are very crowded. Geriba, being so big, there are no people. The only disadvantage is having to walk 20 minutes to get to the beach, but it's the price you have to pay for having the view from the hill. The house is highly recommended, and it is clear that the owners use it, because it is WELL equipped. It's not just equipped with some things for airbnb. There's everything.

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

New stay at this residency was excellent! Elaine's kindness was very prominent. Everything worked out perfect, we really enjoyed each of the amenities. The pool is great!!! we also enjoyed winding fire and cooking a great asado. The location is optimal, everything is very few minutes away, either restaurants, supermarkets, service stations, etc. The park space, cleanliness, order, linens, cooking utensils, barbecue, sauna, pool table, all 10/10. Elaine is always very attentive, we give a very specific attention. We definitely want to come back.

all excellent, the small but very comfortable. Very well equipped and with 2 air conditioners that work very well to cope with the heat.

What can I tell you about our days in Arraial do Cabo at Chi Fai's place? Everything was magnificent, the building's amenities, the kitchen equipment, the cleanliness, the warmth, and the incredible location in front of Praia Grande, along with the host's attention, make it undoubtedly the best experience I've had on a vacation... We're leaving with a lot of desire to come back, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!

Quiet stay. Great apartment, in a quiet area. Very close to the beach of the dunes, which for us was one of the most beautiful.

The stay in the house was great. The mto bom condominium, standing on the sand of Geriba beach. Large room with American kitchen. The rooms communicate with each other, but since we were in the family, we saw no problem at that point. Hosts responded to messages quickly.

Excellent accommodation in Arraial do Cabo! Clean place, cozy and well located. Attentive service and great value for money. Voltaria for sure!

Our stay in Murilo's apartment was very good. The place is beautiful, bright, comfortable and spacious. Very well equipped. It has everything you need to spend a very comfortable few days. The setting is beautiful, facing the sea. You can get there on foot by crossing a street. There are several shops nearby, of all kinds. From the place you can walk to all the beaches of Arraial. The host always responded promptly and was very kind and flexible at check-out. Highly recommended. Thank you!!!

For those looking for a simple house with stunning views, it is an excellent place. The cleanliness was impeccable and the look charming. Hosts have been very polite and available from scratch.

We spent a great holiday in the apartment! The space is very comfortable, clean and well equipped, perfect for enjoying with the family. I, my wife and my son feel at home for the entire stay. The location was also good. A special highlight goes to the host, who was extremely attentive and helpful from the first contact. Always available, made all the difference in our experience. Impeccable service, always willing to assist us, gave us good tips on where to go, what to do, the best locations for sightseeing, etc. Very good space, with shops nearby and easy to access, we all liked it a lot and we intend to return for sure. Guys, you can go, the house is very good.

The house is beautiful. They must rent a car to go because it's a bit far from the center. The truth is that Tati is the person who made our stay perfect! She worried from the beginning that everything was fine and cooked us during our vacation spectacular meals! (Typical meals are her specialty!). Their kindness and willingness make it perfect to be there!. As a recommendation apart from the house; I think it is important to renovate bedding and especially the pillows (they were few and in poor condition). More bath and pool towels are also missing which is made uncomfortable in long stays. We had no communication with Wania either at check-in or check out; but it wasn't necessary because Tati and her husband shuffled everything!. Just thanking Tati for making our vacation wonderful!.

What a great home and stay. The house itself is unique—set on multiple levels, beautifully designed and furnished. The home is just a few steps down from shops, restaurants and the ocean. And Francisca served a great breakfast every morning and made our experience even better. Thank you for your hospitality and a memorable stay.

The stay at the house was great! Thais and Alexandre are always kind, the photos represent exactly what the house is like, with a great outdoor area. Clean linens and bath linens of high quality. The shower is great, too. Super recommend it.
