Holiday rentals with a patio in Jasenice

Great appartment, you can reach the beach, the center with restaurants by foot in some minutes. If you are planning to climb in Paklenica, it is perfect to reach the rocks by bike in 15-20 min. The kitchen is fully equipped and communication with Maja was perfectly easy! We are planning to come back!

Staying with the host was a refreshing experience! Antonio is super welcoming and approachable, everything was perfectly clean and with a lot of attention to detail. He answered all our questions and gave recommendations. We were also blown away by the little surprise that greeted us – a special touch that shows how much the host cares about the guests. The 50 m² private terrace, completely in stone, was our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation – a true little paradise to rest. The surroundings of the village are beautiful, peaceful and tame, perfect for an escape from everyday life. A warm recommendation to anyone looking for an authentic, enjoyable and relaxing stay!

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Beautiful apartment, ideally located between the sea and the mountains, in the charming town of Seline. The place is particularly relaxing, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The hosts are very kind and very welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Fantastic location and spectacular views of old town Zadar!! Top floor with a lovely kitchen and expansive balcony. 110 stairs up to the top floor are quite a challenge but well worth the effort. Really a nice apartment. Parking is a bit of a challenge though.

This is a very clean and modern apartment and extremely quiet. You have great views of the mountains and the sea from the balcony. It is a perfect location to visit Paklenica park for walking or climbing. We ate in and managed to buy all we needed from the local supermarket and cook in the kitchen.

Very responsive host, responds very quickly to messages, which is very nice. Very clean accommodation and fully matches the listing. The check-in instructions were very clear and the visit tips were very helpful.

Beautiful accommodation near the water (accessible via small path and stairs from the terrace). The apartment is new and the owner arranges the 2 apartments above. Plus, Ive kindly lent us 3 bikes. There is a very good restaurant in the village “Antonio” where the fish and meat dishes are excellent. For visits, central location 30 minutes from Zadar, 1h20 from Plivitce, 20 minutes from Paklenika, 1h30 from Split... We had a great stay and are ready to come back?

Perfect in every way. A beautiful, tastefully decorated, luxurious villa with a breathtaking seascape view. Comfortable and well stocked, Tatjana, who is such a thoughtful and helpful host, has thought of everything. Sparkling clean throughout, this is by far the best Airbnb we have visited.

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is somewhat remote and wonderfully quiet - yet you are only half an hour from Zadar, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large grill gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job - you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections to find it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly - and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled by the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the grill, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Spacious apartment with a view. The rooms where cozy and clean. the kitchen has all the amenities you need, and the host left some drinks for our first stay. The location is very beautiful, 20-30 mins walk to the city center, right at the sea side. There is a small grocery store right on the corner and a tasty pizzeria 10 mins away. The host was friendly and gave us some local tips on what to visit. Very responsive. I would come back again!

Staying at Kristina's apartment in Bibinje was great. A beachfront home. Contact with Kristina is sensational and immediate. My wife and I were there for a week and it was great. Shops nearby, bars and restaurants. The beach is clean. Hassle-free accommodation and check-in. The apartment was very clean. There was everything you needed and more. A great surprise from host Kristina is delicious pralines and tincture that were waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. We'll definitely be back!

My family and I stayed with Marijana at the end of September. The place matched the description and was a relaxing experience with the pool. Our hostess was very warm, helpful and even regularly brought us fresh fruit from her garden and helped us with many great tips for the area. Unfortunately, the location of the place is not really central. In the surrounding villages there are small beaches, but you should consider having a car for exploration, as it is very quiet nearby and you have to drive a little further out for more action. Nonetheless, it was a great stay and we say goodbye gratefully from Vrana, Croatia. ❤️
