NO STRESS in Sunset apartment with garden

SUNSET APARTMENT... This is a separate apartment in our family home at the seaside. The entrance is separate, and the apartment is furnished for full time living. The apartment has a Mediterranean garden with the biggest grill, and a lovely beach few steps away. The apartment has 2,5 rooms. The Master bedroom has a double bed, and second bedroom with 2 separate beds used for children mostly. In the living room there is a comfy fould out couch where 2 more people can sleep. Just like our garden, the apartment is quite unique to the last hand made detail. This year we renovated the kitchen in shabby chic style :) For all our guests, this has been the place to relax and leave all the worries behind. Layed back or active, here you can have Your perfect holiday. Also, the apartment is soooooo close to: Paklenica NP, river Zrmanja, North Velebit Nature Park, Modric cave, Zadar, Nin, Plitvice Lakes NP, Krka Waterfalls NP, Kornati islands NP ... The home was beautiful. Everything was clean and brand new. The ceiling to floor windows were amazing as we had a beautiful view of the ocean. Only thing I would recommend as American tourists would be more pillows and some blanket throws in the livingroom as some people like the air conditioner on and it can get chilly for others.

Si nous pouvions mettre une 6eme étoile, nous le ferions sans hésiter. Le logement est superbe! spacieux, cosy, confortable, pratique (nombreux rangements), très bien équipé. mais surtout la.vue exceptionnelle vous offre un spectacle grandiose, surtout le soir lorsque le soleil tire sa révérence pile dans l'axe de la terrasse. Et enfin (et surtout), l'accueil de Marina et Branko est indescriptible. Un couple qui prouve que l'on peut se comprendre et être lié même si on ne parme pas la même langue. Leur gentillesse durant ce séjour aura fait partie intégrante de ce que l'on retiendra de nos vacances. Merci à vous 2 🥰 Alain Cindy Maëlle Loane

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus! Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an die Eigentümer: Sie sind unglaublich herzliche und liebe Menschen, die uns sehr warm empfangen haben. Dank ihrer Gastfreundschaft haben wir uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Jelena, the host, was super welcoming and very responsive from the very first moment. We met her for the check-in, she showed us the house and amenities and was very helpful throughout our whole stay. She really was lovely and made our stay even better. The house and the facilities are awesome, very clean, beautifully furnished, and spacious. With 5 people, we had enough space for luggage and our belongings in the bed- and bathrooms as well as the living area. The A/C in the house allows for a calm and cold sleep even when its hot outside, which is an additional plus! The neighborhood is rather small with the beach in walkable distance. We spent a lot of time at the pool, cooked dinner at the BBQ station and enjoyed the evenings at the terrace. Zadar is 40min away and there is a very beautiful national park within 1.5h of drive which is worth a visit. We would definitely come back and rent this house again as we were absolutely happy with our stay, the house, and the host!

We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day. The garden is beautiful, the ocean right in front of the house and a little turtle you can feed some salat. David and Izidora gave us some watermelon and tips about the area. It was lovely!
