The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

It is located at 1450 m in the middle of a great hiking area, which turns into a snowshoe, sledding, skiing and touring ski area in winter. A mountain restaurant is within walking distance. The Postbus, which connects us with the nearby village, stops right in front of the house.

The 2 1/2 room apartment is distributed on two floors (approx. 70 m²) with a bedroom (double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m), a bathroom with shower (washing machine available) and a sofa bed in the living area with soapstone stove (additional central heating also available). The apartment is located on the edge of the village of Pragg Jenaz and is ideal as a starting point for many summer and winter activities. Within 15 - 30 minutes you can reach the well-known ski resorts such as Grüsch Danusa, Fideriser Heuberge or the Davos Klosters cable cars by car. Due to the elevated position of the apartment, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Prättigau. The apartment is also suitable for children.
