Hemed corner on a quiet and most central street

A charming corner of a one-bedroom apartment, perfect for couples who want to spend quality time in the center of Tel Aviv near all the hot places of Tel Aviv, and ten minutes walk from the sea! Near Dizengoff Square and the Chin, but a quiet side location, a wonderful Chen garden with a cafe in it exactly in front of the house, with perfect coffee and community neighborhood atmosphere. Wonderful cafes around, everything you will need within a 1 minute walking radius in the field of recreation, restaurants, shopping, culture. The apartment is renovated and graceful. The unit has clean towels and linens, as well as a solar water heater, so on sunny days there is no need to turn on a boiler. There is a shelter in the building, half a floor below the unit.

Place is great location, half block from beach. Attached to a cool coffee bar and one of the more popular restaurants in town. Host was quick to answer any issues and even sent ice cream! Parking was cool, it comes up in an automated system. Would def stay here again!

Limor was a wonderful host friendly and immediately responded to any concern or question I had about the property how to get in any qualms I had were easily answered. I came in for my daughter‘s wedding. She went out of her way to book a hair appointment for me gave me several options and prices of local hair salons even gave us great suggestions of places to eat and shop . She was really flexible when I needed to take an extra day and a late check out . I will be recommending her to my friends who are coming in August. The view is spectacular and great location and she was so quick to respond to any issues like ,my son lost the key And she got us a new one a few hours later ! I give a 10 ⭐️ will be back.
