My Listing: The host of the homestay was moved by Jane's grandfather's story of starting from nothing and building the Jane's Family Three-Quarter House with great difficulty. When the family decided to sell the old house, they were reluctant to rebuild it in a different place, so they looked everywhere for a carpenter to recreate the old house in "Hunranju". In 1937, the master built the entire process with the "tenon and mortise" method, which is earthquake-resistant and fearless of typhoons; no nails were used at all, and the logs were taken from the top-quality cypress wood of Taiping Mountain. Today, both the construction method and the wood are extremely precious and have historical value! Our B&B is close to Yilan Traditional Arts and Culture Center, Water Park, Luodong Night Market, and 45k from Luodong Interchange on the highway, 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes by car to Nanfangao, very convenient. . .
