I stayed for 40 days at this house in Gravatá and the experience was excellent. The location is great, very practical to move around the region. The house was super clean, well cared for and with everything I needed for a comfortable and quiet stay. Communication with the host was note 10 – always available and very attentive. I recommend the place for those looking for comfort, cleaning and good location. It would surely return!

The host is very kind and attentive to all details, as are her parents. She was always ready to answer all my questions, and to finish, it was the best location I've ever rented in Gravatá and I know the city well. I intend to return soon. Everything was great! Getting in was easy, because the host had already left my registration at the entrance and gave me precise instructions. The apartment is well equipped, with useful and well-preserved kitchen utensils, good fans and air conditioning, TV, etc., and everything was very clean and tidy when I arrived. I felt at home!

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Access by car was easy, with the exact location as indicated on Waze. The apartment faithfully matches the photos in the listing: everything is very new, clean and well maintained. The location is strategic, relatively close to the center, but at the same time distant from any hustle and bustle, ensuring a quiet and very pleasant environment for rest. We did not have any kind of setback during the stay. We loved the experience and will undoubtedly return in future opportunities. Caio, the host, is also great, he responds to everything quickly.
