We are located 5 miles from Stowe and its attractions, and just a few minutes from downtown Morrrisville with all its amenities. Just upstream from the picturesque Cady’s Fall swimming hole and across the brook from the amazing Cady’s Falls bike trails, our cabin is perched atop the hillside. With its simple, minimalist design it’s easy to immerse yourselves in nature and feel at home in the trees.

We have made some updates since purchasing in late 2021 that include new electrical, paint, new kitchen cabinets, counter tops, refrigerator, flooring in two rooms, furnishings and decor to enhance your stay. The cottage sits off of the water so you won't be bothered by the noise of watercrafts but has beautiful views from the deck, sun porch and 2 of the 4 bedrooms.
