New floors and paint Oct of 2020 , relaxing deck in private backyard surrounded by landscaping & shade trees. Be close to everything, but still in quiet safe neighborhood. Self check in with keypad entry. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, large eat-in kitchen, plenty of parking, nice, quiet neighborhood, great location. Please make your reservation for the exact number of guests that will be using the house. Well behaved house broken dogs welcome with a $50 pet fee. Limit of 2 dogs. Sometimes we can accommodate a late check-out but it must be pre-approved as cleaning is scheduled in advance.
