Family-friendly holiday rentals in Jordan Lake

We had a great stay. The home is as pictured. We were so happy to have a king sized bed to crash into each night. We were moving so we were hardly there. Up early in the morning and back late at night. So the bed being comfortable was a God send!! Wish more places offered a king bed but they are hard to find. Thankful Laurie let us extend our stay by another day. We were not done moving and needed another day. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Emily’s home was bright, comfortable, and set in a beautiful, leafy neighborhood filled with trees and gardens. The setting was peaceful and quiet, yet just a pleasant 15-minute walk from downtown Durham’s vibrant mix of restaurants, cafés, and bars. A perfect introduction to Durham’s relaxed and welcoming vibe.

Angel's place is amazing and well stocked and clean. The view of the cove is beautiful.

Let me preface by saying this was a deal of a lifetime. I paid for EXACTLY what i expected. Perfect place to unplug Very clean Very organized The saltwater pool / jacuzzi combo is the crescendo of this stay. Lastly & definitely not the least, the Hostess was a delight, communicated thoroughly and punctually.

Perfect spot for our two foursomes. Plenty of seating, enough space to spread out when we felt like it. The back porch is amazing and the hot tub came in huge after golf each day. Great place clean and updated would definitely stay again without question. Loved it thanks so much Scott!

We stayed here with 12 of our family members for graduation and it was the perfect place for all of us! The kitchen was great. We loved the outdoor space (and the hot tub). They’ve done a great job preserving the historic nature of the house while also updating- my Aunt was raving about how much she loved the shower! We loved that we could walk to the farmers market on Saturday morning! Taylor was so responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you!

This was our first time traveling with our 2 dogs, the house was very cozy, the backyard was fenced in, large enough for them to play. We had plenty of room beds were comfortable, clean throughout the house. the area was quiet, lots of privacy, it was near our daughter's house and was driving distance to Raleigh and surrounding towns. We definitely would stay again!! Thank you for sharing your home.

We loved this beautiful getaway and wished we had booked more time here as we didn't want to leave. The location is perfect, far enough away from everything to be quiet and peaceful yet close enough to head into Pittsboro or Carrboro/Chapel Hill for dinner. No question, this would be our first pick on a return trip to the area.

We had a wonderful stay in Cary, NC. Miklos was very responsive throughout our visit, and the property was clean and welcoming. We truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail.

Marianne’s spot was super accessible, super cozy, and super accommodating. Marianne herself was wonderful and greeted us as we arrived. It was our first time staying at a bnb where the host was attached to the space but it was a wonderful stay and we’d totally stay again next time we’re in the triangle. Very solid if you need a chill little overnight.

Lindsay has a gem of a place! Such a neat experience being able to see the farm life, up close in person. Secluded, peaceful property. Our dog loved seeing the animals. Thanks for a great stay!

I stayed with my 11 year old and her friend and it was the perfect place for us. The girls spent most of their time outside on the tree swings or wading in the small creek. I can’t even tell you how their TV is because the kids were having such fun outside (a small miracle to have them off screens.) Barbara and her daughter Liz were wonderful and so communicative. The place is really cute and had everything we needed. My daughter has requested we stay there every visit to Chapel Hill. ☺️

Cozy, peaceful, idyllic, and serene escape. We loved it! Our dog loved it too; sorry that she barked at the horses constantly. We really enjoyed all the extra snacks too.!

This was our second stay at Allen’s place, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. Allen is a thoughtful and responsive host, which made everything easy from start to finish. For us, the location is perfect. It is close to the airport and shopping centers, yet still nice and quiet. The space was clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. We are so glad we found this spot and hope to stay here again in the future.

We were in town for a wedding with our kids. The pool was great. It was a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, and about a 7 minute drive to Pinehurst Country Club. Would definitely stay here again.

This was not a planned trip for me(car broke down in the area while traveling), however I enjoyed my stay a whole lot! You will not find a better host no matter how hard you look, Ann was the best! She helped me out and went above and beyond to try to help me and my situation at the time, and always checked to make sure I had everything I needed. The house itself was very private, quiet and peaceful, and it was perfect for me and my pets! It was so nice to relax outside and watch the lightening bugs and stars at night and listen to all the frogs croaking. Everything in the house was super clean, and also had a lot of things inside that could be of use(ex: hair dryer, kitchen supplies, a variety of games, and even some food items and coffee! The beds were very comfy as well and me and my pets felt right at home and cozy. If you’re thinking about booking this place, definitely do it you won’t regret it!

We enjoyed our stay without any issues. The house was as described and we liked hanging outside on the patio. The pool and walking around the lake were the main attractions for us staying there. Clare was always available for any questions and to give us the pool key. As others described, the furniture is outdated and I think just replacing the couches would serve them well. We'd definitely stay there again.

Anja’s place felt like home, from the time we arrived to the time we left it truly felt like home. The place was well prepared and we did not want for nothing. The surrounding area was so peaceful and beautiful. The condo was very clean and updated. This is definitely going to be our go to spot when we are in the area again. Peaceful and relaxing stay. We had everything we needed upon arrival. The Grandkids were never bored between hiking to explore the river to running under the trees playing tag to roasting marshmallows in the firepit. We even had a movie night on the projection screen.

Cute and comfortable place, close to downtown. Great for a short stay in Durham!
