The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is suitable for a business trip as well as for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at the first sight. As I was 4 days ago, I am very satisfied with the caravan. It was clean as always and the other facilities in the house, which you can use so generously, too. The dinner at the Beisl was delicious and the evening with Martin's father was entertaining. I am already looking forward to the next stay in 5 weeks.

Very clean and cozy apartment that felt like home right away. The balcony was lovely, and all amenities were available as described. Fresh towels and linen were provided, and the bed and room were very comfortable with a cute, welcoming interior. We arrived by car, and although the first impression of the garage and building wasn’t great, that changed immediately when we entered the apartment. We also had some trouble finding the house at first, but that was on us. Aaron was a fantastic host—super friendly, responsive, and always made sure we felt comfortable. Booking and communication were smooth throughout. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was very well furnished, the kitchen was well equipped, only an oven was missing. The bathroom was large and very clean! Maybe you could hang a few hooks in the apartment and also in the bathroom to let the wet towels dry, for example. But otherwise everything was wonderful!
