I was met at the entrance by Michelle who was absolutely lovely. She patiently showed me every nuance making sure I was comfortable including walking me to the car park. This place is located in a busy area with everything you can need - even a grocery store ( thanks, Michelle, for pointing that out). Quick walk to the train. Easy to drive in and out of the city.

Philippe responded quickly to my questions before we arrived, gave clear instructions and his place was easy to find. The private parking and laundry facilities were much appreciated and the garden setting was lovely. He and his wife were usually around to make sure everything was working for us and he made a reservation for us at a recommended local restaurant, which was a great experience. It was very hot while we were there for the walk into town across the bridge, but there is a local bus, with the stop right near the apartment. We stayed for a week and found Amboise to be a good base for visiting this part of the Loire Valley. We would certainly recommend Philippe's place and would stay there again ourselves if we were ever back in the area.

Situation exceptionnelle. Appartement vraiment à la hauteur. Le calme en étant en plein coeur de la ville et à proximité de tout. On se sent vraiment chez soi et l'appartement sent toujours bon, ce qui est très agréable et très appréciable à chaque fois que je rentre après une longue journée de travail. Et pour couronner le tout, Sylvie est une hôte absolument charmante, toujours à l'écoute, attentive aux besoins et très réactive. Merci à elle et à Louis pour leur accueil et professionnalisme. Je recommande à 100% ce lieu pour toute personne en quête d'un lieu idéal et tranquille en centre ville avec une propreté irréprochable. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir :)

Wir haben hier fünf Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch zugleich eingerichtet. Nur das Badezimmer geht zum Place Richelieu raus, an dem recht viel Verkehr ist. So war es in der Wohnung ruhig. Für Self-Catering war alles gut vorhanden. Zum sehr guten Bäcker l'Horloge dauerte der Fußweg 5 Minuten. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Amboise waren ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der private Parkplatz ist sehr nützlich, denn am Place Richelieu parken viele Autos. Delphine hat auf unsere Nachrichten schnell und hilfsbereit geantwortet. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine kleine Flasche Sekt und Kekse - sehr nett, sehr lecker. Wir haben uns hier wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

This is a unique space with incredible attention to detail. The location is ideal to discover Tours and the beautiful Loire Valley area. We hope to be back sometime next year!

La maison d'Agnès est fabuleuse ! Mon bébé de 18 mois a adoré la chambre d'enfant, un parfait petit cocon !

Un super séjour chez Eric. Super hôte, maison conforme à la description, très bien équipée, propreté irréprochable, endroit tranquille. Beaucoup de visites à faire aux alentours Nous recommandons ++ et y retournerons avec plaisir.

Confortable et bien équipé

Logement hyper propre, hote super accueillant ,souriant, super réactif et chaleureux. Sam est une personne accueillante et se souciant du confort des voyageurs. La descriptions du logement ainsi que les photos correspondent à l'annonce. Un grand merci a Sam pour ce sejour. Je recommande le logement ainsi que l'hote. Nous y reviendrons volontiers ☺️

Nos gusto mucho la estancia en la Casa, zona muy tranquila y la anfitriona muy amable.

If you love wine, just imagine sitting on a patio in the middle of a vineyard with a glass of wine actually grown in that vineyard and produced in a winery literally 200 metres away….simply magical….add to that a lovely old building conversion and great hot tub. Highly recommended as are Nicolas’s wines….cheers

Very friendly and pro-active hosts who respected our privacy. We absolutely loved the huge enclosed garden for our dogs and enjoyed our sundowner next to the river. We regretted not booking longer but we will return to explore the area. We highly recommend this gite if you enjoy tranquility and beautiful surroundings.

Jolie petite maisonnette au fond du jardin de Christel, fidèle aux photos, très propre et bien agencé. Accueil chaleureux de Christel qui nous a montré les lieux et donné les explications nécessaires. On se parque dans l’impasse sans problème et l’endroit est calme. Le centre-ville de Tours est facilement accessible à pied ou en tram. Nous avons passé un bon séjour

Tres bel appartement conforme a l'annonce . Je recommande fortement . Nous avons passé une excellente semaine sur Tours et sa région .

Studio conforme à la description, dans un immeuble très calme tout en étant idéalement situé. (Proximité commerces, restaurants, lieux à visiter..) Pierre et Kari sont très réactifs et la communication a tjrs été très agréable.

Maison agréable avec jardin. Parc avec château face de la maison pour se promener gratuitement le soir.

Laetitia est très sympa, attentionnée et arrangeante. l'appartement était irréprochable : propre, accueillant et fonctionnel. La cuisine était très bien équipée, avec tout ce qui faut à disposition pour préparer de bons petits plats! Le petit bémol c'est que le chauffage collectif n'était pas en marche et on n'a pas eu très chaud (on a apprécié d'avoir des plaids à disposition). Nous avons passé un très bon weekend ! Et l'ensemble de mes amies et moi, recommandons vivement de prendre ce logement.

Logement correspondant parfaitement à l’annonce et aux photos. Très propre, fonctionnel, spacieux et disposant de tout le nécessaire. Quartier très calme. Literies confortables et parking à disposition. Arnaud est un hôte disponible et accueillant. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Останавливались вдвоем с женой на одну ночь проездом в путешествии. Альберт встретил нас лично, показал зарезервированное место стоянки машины практически перед подъездом, проводил в квартиру. Квартира маленькая, все расположено очень компактно. Но на одну ночь это было достаточно удобно. Если на один-два дня и нужна парковка - то предложение лучше не придумаешь!

Превосходное жилье, безупречно чистое, полностью оборудованное для комфортного проживания. Приятный приветственный подарок от хозяина и полный комплект всего необходимого для самостоятельного приготовления пищи. Тихий и безопасный район. Внимательный , дружелюбный и предупредительный хозяин. Легкое общение и необходимые рекомендации. Удобное расположение по отношению автобусной станции (4 минут пешком) и железнодорожного вокзала (12 минут пешком). Удобное расположение относительно торговых центров Intermache (10 минут пешком) и Les Atlantes (15 минут пешком). С удовольствием возвратимся и рекомендуем всем.
