Super easy commute to NYC (7 Minute walk to light rail station which is two stops to Hoboken or Newport.) Bus station 1 block away that takes you to Port Authoirty in 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Close to coffee shops, restaurants and walking distance to Hoboken.
