Monthly Rentals in Joyang-dong

We felt very comfortable at the place. It was clean, cozy and modern. It was very comfortable that we could do our laundry and dry. The room was quiet and walking to the beach. We booked the room because we had planned a trip to Seoraksan National Park. From the property it was about 20 minutes drive by car. A free parking space was a few minutes walk from the property, so there were no further costs. There are numerous restaurants and convenience stores in the immediate vicinity, which is very convenient.

The accommodation is very nice, close to the beach. 2 beautiful bedrooms, 2 showers and a large living room/kitchen. We had a lovely weekend with walks to the beach and visit to the market I highly recommend this place Thanks to the hosts for their hosting

Even though it was the weekend, I used the accommodation at a reasonable price. Pros 1. Location - Located right in front of Sokcho Beach, it has good access to restaurants and the beach. 2. View- You can see the Sokcho children and the sea through the window. 3. Cleanliness - All blankets and accessories are clean. 4. Price - It's a weekend, so it's a reasonable price. Cons 1. New house smell - it's still new, so the furniture smells kept coming out. 2. Environment - I slept with the window open to get rid of the smell of a new house, but it was noisy all night due to the sound of horns, busking, and drunk people. 3. It's hard to find the entrance to the parking lot. You have to look carefully. The rooftop pool was open from the day I entered, but if I had known, I would have brought a swimsuit, so it's a shame. Overall, it was a nice place to stay during the trip. Highly recommended.
