Das Einzimmerappartement ist etwa 42 qm groß. Es verfügt über eine komplett ausgestattete Einbauküche mit Kochinsel. Es befinden sich in der Wohnung ein Doppelbett und ein hervorragendes Schlafsofa der Marke Bali (je 140 breit). Anreise bis 22 h, nachts wird das Hoftor geschlossen. Die Vermietung für einzelne Nächte geht nur im Ausnahmefall, Vermietung an 3 + 4 Personen erst ab 3 Übernachtungen. Kinderbett u. Hochstuhl kosten je € 3 extra. Keine Rollläden oder Jalousien. NICHTRAUCHER !

Die komplett sanierte Degenfabrik bietet Ihnen ein Ambiente, das die Zeit ein wenig langsamer laufen lässt. Parkplatz vorhanden, 10 bis 15 min zur City, diverse Restaurants und Geschäfte, Regionalbahnanbindung. Die Sportanlage liegt hinter dem Haus. Im selben Gebäude betreiben wir eine Kunstgalerie, die gerne besichtigt werden kann.

Two bakeries and a fruit shop are within 2 km. The barn has been fully renovated while keeping the 4 original brick walls. It is equipped with floor heating and offers a loft style space. The access is from the shared courtyard and in the back you can enjoy the garden. The covered gate area is ideal to park bicycles and motorbikes.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

In der Küche ist ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach , Herd mit zwei Kochplatten, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Tefal Easy Fry Heißluftfritteuse und eine Sitz Möglichkeit ist vorhanden. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusch-Badewanne.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.
