Das Appartement ist zentral in Düsseldorf -Friedrichstadt gelegen. Das Appartement besteht aus einem Ess- und Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa (mit durchgehender Matratze) sowie einem Schlafzimmer. -Smart-TV und Balkon. Im separaten Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein großes Doppelbett und ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank. Dort ist auch ein heller, großer Schreibtisch vorhanden. Dort kann auch die 3. Person auf dem Extrabett schlafen. Die Betten sind bereits bezogen und Handtücher liegen bereit.

Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail stilvoll eingerichtet und lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Die Wohnung befindet sich in direkter Stadtnähe in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, in welchem sie kostenfrei parken können.

Bei uns erwartet Sie eine Einliegerwohnung in unserem Haus in Gillrath mit eigenem Eingang auf dem Land und doch wenige Autominuten von der Stadt Geilenkirchen entfernt mit sehr guter Bus- und Bahnanbindung Richtung Aachen, Düsseldorf und Köln. Im Ort Gillrath befindet sich der Bahnhof der historischen Dampfeisenbahn. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Fahrradtouren, Wanderungen und Ausflüge, mehrere Naherholungsgebiete sind in der Nähe, ebenso die holländische Grenze.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.
