You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. The kitchen has direct access to a very large common terrace with bar and grill. Lake view from all rooms. Swimming in the lake directly in front of the house. Car free zone, public transport nearby, cycling recommended.
