Apartment located on the ground floor of a residential house where my husband and I live on the 1st floor because we are both retired. Accommodation in the heart of nature; located in a small village of Val d'Azun, close to hiking departures, mountain bike trails (e.g. the trail that goes to the Col de Liar passes in front of the accommodation, in the valley there is also Lac d'Estaing, Tech dam...) 10 min away is Arrens-Marsous with its shops, swimming pool and local farmers' market

The apartment is included in the house. Access to the 90 m² accommodation is private, fully equipped according to the attached description, the beds are 160 and one bedroom can be adapted into two twin beds.
