Very beautiful home and beautiful setting they all of trees were magical

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

Tatjana and Rene were exceptional hosts! They welcomed me and my friends in a sociable, helpful and very friendly way. Rene was very well organized, among all the amenities, the necessary numbers and the freedom he gave us, we felt welcomed and respected! We were at Villa Quarnaro. It looks exactly like the pictures. The house is super well maintained, everything was clean. We felt very comfortable. The hosts were also very friendly. We would gladly come back!

Franko and his family are really nice hosts. Their accommodation in Hum is cozy, with the charm of the old town. The arrangement and meeting with him was perfect, as was the nice chat in the cellar with his wine from local vineyard. We know Istria well, but this is a really valuable discovery!

We spent a week here with a 2+1 child. Mr. Rolih is very accommodating, he let us into the home before it was announced. They responded to SMS immediately. Czech-English-German-Croatian. The apartment is very nice, newly renovated and fully equipped. My husband slept on a sofa bed, but he wasn't complaining. The wifi is working perfectly, so there was no problem with the home office. The location of the house is right on the road, so you must carefully exit the parking lot and the absence of sidewalks makes walking around the area impossible. Everything is still important, so it's a good idea to go. It is about 10 minutes or more to the sea, according to the chosen beach. Supermarket Plodine about 4 minutes. What we loved the most was the patio with the pool and the magnificent sea views. So far, we've enjoyed it ourselves, but after the renovation of the adjacent apartment, it will be shared with other guests. When you enter the pool, you leave the house and walk through the stairs two floors up, i.e. the keys to the house and take everything with you every time.

We had a great time at Irena's place. the welcome is perfect, the beauty of the accommodation, cleanliness, hospitality with local fruits and products, cool drinks even for children, sea view, accessibility to different places to visit as well. a very peaceful place with magnificent views. Everything is really perfect . Thanks so much for everything.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is simply good – surrounded by beautiful nature. The privacy you have there was another big plus. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent service: Filip's father was always available to us immediately to answer questions. This made our stay even more enjoyable and we felt very well looked after. The apartment itself was always neat and clean. I highly recommend this place! Car is parked in the yard. Just great.

A beautiful old stone house on the slope with a small olive grove, with wonderful views of the bay. The view from there is magnificent, sitting on the terrace every day, which is like wonderful broadband cinema in live. Watching the sunrise there early in the morning with a concert of birds will be remembered as a particularly beautiful experience. Ranko as a host is an experience, he welcomed us extremely warmly and courteously, explained and described everything in detail, as well as gave great recommendation for excursions to the surrounding area and to the island of Cres every day. The house is very lovingly furnished, we didn't miss anything and found everything we needed for our nine-day stay. All in all a wonderful place to stay with a very accommodating host.

Very friendly and always accessible host. The house is in a very quiet area with a very nice neighbor who never complained about noise or anything like that. The approach is a bit tight, but still quite feasible. The house itself is exactly as described. Supermarkets and the sea are accessible only by car.

The apartment is at a good distance to Rijeka and is therefore quiet and private. Check-in is flexible due to the existing key box and communication with the hostess was easy and satisfactory. By car, for which there is a parking space, we made day trips to Rijeka and Opatija. The trips were about 20 minutes away. For this price, the place is more than satisfactory.

Wonderful villa with dream garden – next door to the national park - pure relaxation We were lucky enough to spend a week in this cozy villa in Rukovac. Despite mixed weather, our stay was fantastic. The house combines coziness and luxury - especially the spacious living area with the huge couch and fireplace appealed to us. On rainy days it was great to relax in front of the fire. The stylish furnishings offer everything your heart desires + music box, fully equipped kitchen, wood for a fireplace, etc. The pool: forever long and amazing views - perfect for swimming and chilling. The garden has plenty of space to relax and is beautifully laid out!! Especially cool: the table tennis arena! We used the outdoor grill station several times and it was a dream to sit outside in the evening. Our other highlight: the adjacent Croatian National Park, ideal for walking, biking and hiking. Warmest recommendation – will be back!!

Vacation is something..., is something you always look forward to and of course you hope that you have a good host family. We had a super nice and very friendly host family. Check-in was quite simple and fast, we were even allowed in upon arrival. No waiting until check-in time. Something like that is always very good. Renato was also always available. We felt very comfortable and were able to switch off from stressful everyday life. The tranquility was fantastic. Since we were traveling with a dog, we unfortunately could not go to the beach in Ičiči, but we could in Opatija. Opatija has a closed dog beach, so you can let the four-legged friends run without a leash. We wish our host family all the best 😊

It’s a lovely place very well equipped with all necessary things. The view from the terrace with a nice garden is fantastic. There is a SPAR supermarket within a walking distance about 10 minutes which is very convenient. We spent a very good time at Doris’s place and highly recommend to others. Doris, thank you so much for your great hospitality!

The apartment and garden are even nicer than the pictures. Great new bed in the bedroom, fly screens everywhere, quiet air conditioning and very well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is small, but that's known for its listing. The apartment is more spacious than the number of square meters suggests due to the open cut. The garden and pool (1.5m deep) are really very, very nicely landscaped and well maintained. Both are not visible from the landlords or neighbors. The whole stay was very private; you didn't have the pressure that the landlords live next door. As a welcome, there was a homemade soup and the fridge was also filled for the first day with basics like water, butter, etc.; thanks :) Everything was there. Overall, the apartment has earned 5 out of 5 stars!!! Those who like it quiet should not hesitate and book for long. It takes about 30-45 minutes by car to the most beautiful beaches. In general, there was a lot going on around Opatija...

We were guests at Niko's with my family and my parents. The apartment was clean and we found everything we needed for the two-week stay. The pool area is particularly nice, with a cozy sitting area and large dining table. Niko's mom also lived on the property at the time and was very friendly. Overall, we were very satisfied and had a great time. The place is highly recommended!
