Welcome to a cozy city home in the heart of Jyväskylä! Lutakko, Harju, Paviljonki, and Seppälä are all within walking distance. The yard offers parking for three cars and the option for electric car charging at an additional cost. The house features three bedrooms with comfortable double beds (1x160 cm, 2x140 cm), a pull-out sofa bed, and a 160 cm air mattress. Two showers and two separate toilets ensure a smooth stay, even for larger groups.

The apartment is located near the University of Jyväskylä and Lake Jyväskylä, close to the city center (about 2 km on foot).
